The washer seems to work ok. It does not compare to the Maytag I had to replace. I don't like the fact that a complete user manual is not included. The quick start guide may or may not apply to the model I purchased. I shouldn't have to go online to obtain one.

We had this installed, and the geek squad told me to let it finish running a empty load before using, they had already started that test run. They said when it finished I could wash laundry as normal. The first load I did I was horrified. It dumped the detergent all over my clothes. They are all stained and I can't get the stains out. This happened to multiple loads. Then when I try and start it, it tells me close door. Um, it's already closed so I have to open and close it multiple times just to start a load. It's easier to go to the laundry mat and not have to worry about my clothes all being stained. Already scheduled a return and getting a different washer.

The whirlpool purchase was really great quality and has never given me any issue .

It’s quiet, the different settings are great especially the quick wash! The set up took no less than 10-15 min at most.
