I like it so far. I wish the faucet button was next to the faucet instead of trying to hold the top open a run water at the same time, but I like having the faucet sink I have no sink in my basement (I max it to fill the iron). Overall I like it.

My purchase was quick and easy. Went for another brand washer and decided for this one. Very efficient washer.

I am still dealing with this issue with Best Buy who doesn’t want to replace my washing machine, but this appliance has had two computer board situations that keeps the mode in lock position and does not drain. Whirlpool technician has looked at it and tried to fix it and that repair only lasted a few months and now Best Buy is doing the same, but they’re taking forever. Caution.

Good washing machine, it will be in use for a year

This washer is very noisy. It does clean well, and cycles are shorter than my old one.

I’ve been waiting and looking for a washer and dryer for years and when I finally was able to found one that seemed good and was on sale I bought this. Once I got it home I used it and it was confusing at first because there’s sensors that start and stop the water once u add the clothes so I don’t know how much water is being used per load. So after my first use I pull out my clothes and look down in the drum and see that it already has some dark marks on it and I just used it, idk if it’s me but I know my clothes weren’t that dirty nor had anything black on them but all and all I’ll give the washer a 3 out of 5.

Pretty much bare bones, but works well. No fabric softener dispenser.

I bought the washer at a Best Buy Outlet store. It was labeled as "fair" and there as a pretty sizeable dent on the side. You can't see it as it's next to the wall and it doesn't effect the way it works. Easy to use and gets my clothes clean.

Since I've received this item, I've saved a lot of time and money from having to goto the laundromat. This product is amazing and well worth what i paid for it

Great for the price! Only downsides are that it’s a bit noisy and doesn’t have a display to let you know how long a mode will take or how much time is left.

Washer is working great! Seems to use a lot less water than my old washer. Since this has no agitator it is much easier to get large bedspreads in and out. The cycles are a little longer than my old washer, but I imagine that is due to it using less water. It is fairly easy to operate.

It’s a good solid machine. My only complaint is it doesn’t have a designated entry point for the detergent. It has a entry point designed bleach and that’s it. I know it’s all going to the same place but I should not have to speculate.

This washer was really loud and the sense took a while for it to read the washer. It leaked a little Wasn’t satisfied. Returned

This washer is huge inside. You can wash big items with no problem. It does make some noises that are hard to get use to but, we have no problems with it.

Very reliable, durable, straightfoward. This is the one you’re looking for. This is a great product.

Very loud! I would like to exchange it but I have a broken leg I was not able to check on the return policy so I am stuck with it. Also the top of the washer and dryer is curved so things slide off.
