The only problem is at times I would need to disconnect it because it would get stuck on soak with a flashing light and would not let me do anything. But after disconnecting and restarting it would go back to normal.

Once I paid for installation It took 2 minutes for the water to enter into the basket. I guess it scanned your items. If your just checking the water volume you had to pause it and restart causing more water to enter into the basket. Sounded like an aircraft was about to go off. I just had to return it.
