It cleans the clothes, BUT I ALWAYS HAVE TO PUT IT THROUGH THE SPIN CYCLE AGAIN, THEN THE WASHER BOUNCES AROUND. i THOUGHT IT WOULD GET BETTER, BUT IT HASN'T!!!!

When I bought it money was tight so I was going to buy the protection plan within the 39 days, but didn't have the money to purchase one. I think that the problem is with the computer. When I hit the "Start" button, (all of the other lights, like water temperature, fabric softener and extra rinse lights go off-they usually say on.) The machine makes noise but does nothing and then the "sense" light goes off and the "done" light flashes on and off.

Best Buy's website made it easy to purchase along with the necessary hoses and parts. Delivery and installation was also a great value and a mostly hassle free process.
