Can’t believe how low quality parts or labor are using to build products anymore

First the lock broke out of no where charge me $350 to repair. The stop draining, stooping between cycles. I won't call because just the service call is paid.

It hops, jumps, and skips itself out of the laundry room by spinning so hard that it moves around on its own now. Impressive as it is to have a mobile washing machine, this is not what i purchased. Cannot get ahold of best buy to save my life so ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS MODEL***

It can be a little loud but it gets my clothes very clean. Aside from being a bit noisy it’s a good machine.

Whirlpool sent a tech out 3 weeks later just to look at it and order parts that may or may not fix it. He hasn’t been back yet. Machine is garbage. Whirlpool service is garbage. It was 1 or 2 days after the Best Buy return cut off so I wasn’t happy about that so I still have a broken washing machine.

Lid lock already busted.

The instructions are not clear. My washer does not work! I called and got to reps from Best Buy who said they would resolve issue on Monday. It is friday and still havnt heard back. Bad customer service.

I bought a washer and dryer that both stopped working on the first week, and they told me at the store that I had a one-year warranty, but it was a lie...I do not recommend it.
