Broke within 3 months and now been waiting for 4 weeks for a control panel that's got to come from whirlpool with zero ETA. Will never buy a whirlpool product again.

Worst Washer I’ve Ever Had

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased 11/5, installed 11/10, broke on 11/13 after 4 - 5 loads (in mid load, water still standing in the washer as it won’t drain) Scheduled repair dates: 12/1 investigated, determined it was the latch - ordered latch part, 12/13 cancelled latch part not in, 12/27 installed latch did not work - ordered control mechanism 1/7 cancelled control part not in, 1/25 cancelled control part not in Brand new Whirlpool washer no good for 2 months and 12 days.

Since it has zero compartments for detergents and or fabric softeners that you have to pour these into the clothing. I’ve never had this issue with past washers. Anyone else experiencing this issue or suggestions on what to do
