I’m very happy with the purchase of this top load washer as replacement of our old Samsung washer. It’s very easy to operate and it’s worth the price.

Amazing washer. It is great for blankets, sheets, clothes, and everything we have tossed in it so far. Only annoying thing was we lost power during a wash cycle and we weren't able to open the machine to get the wet clothes out because it automatically locks. You should be able to pop the lock if needed but we weren't able to figure it out. I have yet to re-wash anything because it wasn't clean after the first wash.

Loud and shakes violently if you over fill it but aside from that it gets the job done. Decently sized basin. Decent amount of settings. Not a bad purchase

I feel there isn’t enough directions on it. I was worried after I saw high efficiency on it and underneath it said false. I called Best Buy who said to call Whirlpool who switched me to another department. Thirty minutes later no o e ever picked up and I still have no answers.

This washer was a good deal and works very well! We’ve been loving not having the agitator in the way so we can wash bedding easier

I bought this Whirlpool washer to replace my old one, which lasted for 20 years. This has a larger capacity, and thus it allows me to was large blankets, body pillows, and quilts. I prefer a top-load washer, which is easy to use and makes my laundry room safer since I have a 5-year-old, and he cannot climb into it. The washer is silent and does a very good job cleaning the clothes. I would recommend it.

At first, I was nervous about purchasing my washer. However, I needed one and must say how happy I am to have gotten it. It definitely gets the job done!

I’m not 100% happy it keeps going out of balance, and when that starts happening it doesn’t seem to wash the clothes that good

This is a good washer, does everything I need it too! The only thing is, it is very loud. I can handle the noise as long as it washes my clothes and they come clean. I like the extra water feature. I have used the faucet a few times as well, comes in handy. All in all a good product, just loud, and my machine has no "alert" to let me know it has finished.

The lid clip broke after having a little over year. Lid cist half the price of a new washer.

Huge capacity washer and very efficient dryer. Our family of 6 love this set. The washer is somewhat noisy and takes about an hour to finish the cycle but the dryer is much faster.

Worst washer I've ever purchased. Third large product in a row that we've bought from Best Buy that didn't even last one year. Loudest washer I've ever heard. Was jumping and moving around erratically since the very first wash, so bad so that I've had to repair the laundry door that it tries to push through. And that's when it works. Half the time, it wouldn't even wash at all without trying 5-10 times or more. Now doest wash at all. Definitely would never recommend this model, and at this point, am definitely DONE with Best Buy, and considering being done with Whirlpool as well for even making a model such as this
