Its a bit noisy, but gets the job done and it's very spacious

I just received my whirlpool top loader washer and dryer. It’s beautiful fits the space. I like that there’s no agitator inside but I have this set near the kids rooms so it’s not good it’s going back to the store because there’s a big problem, it’s so loud and noisy during the cycle and to spin the shaking is so loud that you would have thought that I put pots and pans or a human inside because it was shaking with only small few items inside. I was upstairs and could hear every rumble from downstairs, sad but there’s a reason it’s on sale. I’m afraid in time it will fall apart thank god I got the extended warranty as it’s going back to the store immediately l

Excellent washer and even more excellent service by best buy. We both the washer and dryer together. Delivery service maneuvered their way down our narrow staircase to the basement and the tight turn to get it to it's spot. Amazing service and zero complaint in product that has served us well.

I prefer the washers without an agitator. This was perfect. Easy to use and gets clothes super clean. Great price. Well done!

Delivery and installation was great both times, but the first one only lasted a few hours before it died. The replacement seems to be doing better.

I wanted a no-frills washing machine. This is it. It does the job and doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles. Very much worth the price!

So far, so good. This is a no-frills washer and is rather loud as it switches cycles, but it does the job well and is affordable.

After 2 years and and 5 months, the lock latch started acting up, door will not lock and the washer will not run without locking. I ordered a replacement lock and replaced it. The replaced lock worked as it should and the washer started running properly until it was time to spin and drain. It started flashing sense, done and lock lights. At this point i don't think i'll try to work on it anymore!

It's your basic washer, still working with out issue after a year.

Washer is very easy to use,holds a lot of clothes.

It doesn’t have a dispenser for fabric softener. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it.

Great Washer. Been using Whirlpool for Decades. Thanks Best Buy for having these available on short notice. Love the large Tub and smaller impeller.

My new washer hits all the marks for me. Fits in it's spot and price was in my budget. When my larger smart washer bit the dust..this was a downsize..but still energy efficient and does the job as well as the old one! The only thing I miss.. doesn't have a dispenser for fabric softener and needs a Downy Ball.

Washer is great love everything about except when it locks it’s loud . Other than that it’s great easy to operate and remove clothes

Looking for the best washer, yet at a reasonable price is when i came upon my Whirlpool top loader. I have never owned a washer without an agitator, and i will never go back to one. I love the large tub for fuller loads, and gets my clothing exceptionally clean. I am very satisfied with my new washing machine.

a little louder, not sure if it cleans clothes very well, it does fresh up everything

Looks nice. Much louder than last whirpool. Location of our laundry room makes this a bit of a problem for us.

The washer is loud but works as it should. We love the capacity that it has!
