    I was so excited to get our new stove delivered in June 2022. We bought an entire kitchen of matching Whirlpool appliances. On October 13, 2022, the oven stopped heating. I contacted Whirlpool the very next morning and I now have a service appointment schedule for November 14, 2022. That's a brand new oven rendered completely useless for an entire month before anyone can even look at it. Hopefully they can fix it. If I have to wait for parts or a replacement, I'm almost guaranteed to not have an oven for Thanksgiving. Thanks, Whirlpool!

    Never buy appliances from best buy

    Bought this oven and when it was delivered one burner didnt work. They scheduled a replacement delivery. The new delivery team refused to connect the gas so i had to have it delivered again. The new stove had a broken door. Tried to get a replacement again and was given the run around for weeks. Finally I agreed to keep it after they offered me compensation for all of the problems. Still fighting with them to see any compensation. WORST BUY EVER!!!!

    After delivery we noticed that the oven did not stay lit. Would click on, Liffey, and after a few seconds shut off. Whirlpool sent out their tech twice to try to fit it, but needed up not bringing the correct parts both times. I ended up returning the range to Best Buy and upgrading to the next model up. New model has a much better looking squared top and I guess a heater in the convection fan for more even cooking. New one bakes amazing- can’t rate the bake on this one as it didn’t work.

    I’ve had this range for quite a while. I never like to leave negative reviews, but this range was a waste of money!! The burner burn my food! I put it on the lowest heat and it still burns my food! The knobs inner spring came out and now needs to be replaced.

    Oven has problems 9 months after purchase

    Oven was installed in January 2022. In September 2022 (9 months later), it stopped working. The oven will not heat up. I can smell gas but inside the oven will not heat up. The local Whirlpool service provider won't come out for 2 weeks and is already questioning if this repair is covered under warranty.

    Poor rating as the product required 2-3 service calls the first month, and then was replaced. Experiencing the same issue 13 months later and although I have an extended PAID warranty with Best Buy Geek Squad, they want $135 for a service call. Poor rating on the Product & Best Buy.

    No idea. Ordered product on 10/4 with a delivery date of 10/18. Received no information as to status of order. About 10/22 went to store for info, they had no idea how long delivery would be. Canceled order, was told by Zach he could not print a receipt for us. Had to get low level manager involved. Horrendous experience. Went another local store, purchased and brought home range from competitor's store. Worst customer service experience I ever had at Best Buy. Would not recommend.

    It SUCKS. I paid cash for it over a month ago. They have cancelled my delivery date, 3 times. I still don't have a new delivery date. I wonder if I'll ever get it, or I will have to go in and pick a different stove.

    Oven Stopped Working After 5 months!

    We've had the oven less than five months and the oven already stopped working and I am having to call a technician. My old oven worked for 15 years and this one can't even last six months. Quality is gone downhill with Whirlpool.
