Flames burn way hotter than our previous range, often the Low setting is too hot to just keep things warming.

Also there was no instructions or instruction manual included. I received no accommodations.

When everything was done, we realized that the convection fan does not work. We called Best Buy and we were informed that defects in the first year should be handled by Whirlpool, who have been of no help so far. The install was a failure, the old appliance removal was a failure and the new range is a failure. I am done with Best Buy and, for now, with Whirlpool.

Put out deadly levels of carbon monoxide

I had it repaired, but a few months later it started doing it again. Best Buy would not assist me because it was out of warranty.

Burners not centered

They are more toward the center of the range top, They are not centered to the left or right sides. This is taking time to get use to when setting pans on the stove top.
