Whirlpool says there’s nothing wrong with it, and won’t fix it. Thank goodness for Best Buy. They get a 5 star rating.

Stay away , scam
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Takes 3+ cycles to dry (an entire day), consumes massive energy, extremely loud , will refuse to work 90% of the time and the other 10% will flood your house. Whirlpool will literally tell you off. No help whatsoever. Scam.
