I love my new range! The oven on my other stove didn’t bake very well. I love the cast iron top and it is easy to clean. My baking comes out perfect now.

Range works really nice, But I hate the Black top, It shows every bit of dust and splatters and whatever, Should be stainless to match the rest of it. The cast iron grill type burner overlays are nice < but again, hard to clean, Come on Whirlpool , What were you thinking!

First of all, the product is great. However, the service is totally unacceptable. Installed on 7/15, however, the oven light was not working. Technican told me nothing he could do at that moment and told me to call the hotline. Called and arranged technican to come on 7/23. He said nothing he could do and told me to call the next day to arrange replacement. Called on 7/24 and arranged replacement on 7/29. No call no show on 7/29. Called and transferred me to three different persons and I needed to explain three times. Arranged again on 8/3. No call no show again. Called again and arranged again on 8/6. This time they came for pick up the old unit without the new unit and with the licensed installation man. Called again and this time they finally figured out how to fix my problem. They cancelled the previous order and put the order into the system again, a new unit with installation and pick up at one time. Came on 8/13 and finally get that done. The waiting time for the service hotline normally took me over an hour each time, even with the call back services, I still needed to wait after the call back. For this time's experience, it totally wasted me over 10 hours for this gas range.

Stove looks great. Have not had chance to use it much yet. Ordered on line through store and was pleasantly surprised to learn it was also a convection oven

Nice range oven for the price. Modern looking with fingerprintless stainless and convection. Had electric for past 40 years nice to have gas.

After attaching the gas line, it was Literally plug and play. Easy to figure out the control panel.

This range looks great! It also works well. The cast iron griddle is definitely a plus.

It's not what I ordered, that stove didn't come in, but I like it. When I was informed that the stove I ordered wasn't coming I was upset but the gentleman at the store gave me this substitution and I could get it right away. As it turns out I am happy with it.

We have been very happy with our new Freestanding Gas Convection Range. All aspects work well and it has a pleasing appearance.

I love this stove it looks so good in my kitchen. The only downfall is the steps you need to take to convert it into propane.
