First, the burner knobs crack super easy and we can not find replacements in black stainless anywhere!! BestBuy, Whirlpool or any after market part makers do not have black stainless replacements. We now have two that are cracked. Sometimes I do not know if the gas is turned off. DANGEROUS!!! BestBuy has not been much help with this issue or the other issue of the Convection Fan. If I cook anything higher than 425 the next time I go to use the Convection feature, the fan rattles the first few uses. I have recently used the cleaning feature and since then the fan rattles extremely loudly. Like it is hitting something. I am very disappointed in this range, the service from Best Buy and Whirlpool. I sadly would not purchase again. I was extremely excited for this purchase and loved Best Buy at the time of purchase and how they handled out of stock and delivery issues for this product. Now, I'm disappointed for the lack of assistance and the issues happening with our range.

The appliance is very attractive and easy to use and clean.

Love my new whirlpool stove/oven. Best features are the self cleaning and broiler in oven.

Grates are really heavy. Overall I like the stove. The different size burners are great.

I would have loved to spend tons of money and get the kitchen appliance set of my dreams but money doesn’t grow on trees. I felt like this was a great buy for the price range. I’m still trying to perfect the convect bake as some baked goods like cookies didn’t bake evenly. The regular oven setting works great as well as having plenty of space and temperature control for the stove top.

i love this range . i like that i can use the top to cook on and not just 4 burners.
