I think the material around the stove is cheap made it gets extremely hot . To touch the front and around the stove itself. Not sure if this is normal or not . I am guessing to call customer service for my question.

We love the look of this stove and the ease of use. We have to cut the heat back a bit because it always seems to be too hot (better than not hot enough). We especially love using the griddle. It's very simple and straightforward to operate. Wish it had a few more functions but for the price it's great.

This is a great 5 burner gas range for the price. The ONLY downfall is that it DOES get pretty warm in some spots- it wouldn’t burn an adult but would have to be careful with kids around. The only other “complaint” I have is that it didn’t come with a broiler pan.

This range is great for the price. The only concerns is how hot it get.

I like the stove. My only dislike is that the outside gets much hotter than my older stove. I love the look and the grates. The stainless sections show marks/finger prints, but I’m happy with my purchase.

This range is okay for the price. Its difficult to clean. Gets super hot while oven is ON, You can easily burn yourself if not careful. Smokes comes from it when Oven is running. I do like that it comes with the nonstick plate which is very helpful. Overall, it is cheap and it is fine for the price.

The price is great on this but when the oven is on the front of it gets very hot. Enough to burn you when you touch it.

The front of the stove (by the controls) heats up and becomes very hot. A small fry pan tips and does not stay in place and almost falls through the large grids. The grids are so heavy and , in order to clean up under, you have to remove them. The grids are way to high. The broiler drawer is very inconvenient, and did not come with a shelf or a pan.I did not pick out this stove and would not recommend this to anyone.

Nice range but the top grates are very thick and heavy and take away from the looks of the range. Big burners in front not good - have to reach over big pots to take care of small pots. Whole stove gets hot when using the oven, including the door handle and the top where all the digital displays are and the sides (which are against cabinets). The burner in the center is okay but not very useful especially when using pots on the other burners - not enough room for 5 pots. Had to redo -- I would not purchase this stove again.

I'll start by saying that this stove cooks great. The oven temp is accurate and having a 5 burner stove top is a plus but that's the end of the good news. The stove top is nearly impossible to clean! I have never had problems like this, it's like there isn't a finish on the top or something. Even something as simple as a pot boiling over leaves marks that are nearly impossible to get off. Not to mention how hot the sides and oven door get when the oven is on. If I had to do it over I would definitely pick a different stove.
