    No quality control

Product was not looked out for quality control that's for sure. Stainless steel frame around the glass is not attached properly on the right side. This frame is attached to the glass & handle. These won't last long as much as it moves. Also, knobs get super hot when the oven is on. Like don't touch them hot. Seems over time they will melt or something or warp. Handle is off center by a quarter of an inch. These are mostly ascetic issues & not worth the retrun & calls & all the hassles. It works great. Cooks well. If you're not standing directly in front of it, you'd never notice the frame popping out.

I’ve had my stove for a couple months now and it’s decent. There is a piece of metal on the over door that lifts, I noticed it after I had it a week that it’s not secure. There is some cracking sound I hear when I turn the oven on which is scary. Also the glass on the door fogs up which makes it hard to see inside.

Oven came without 1 of the oven racks and the plate was scratched up. Try to order parts was not easy after being transfered 6 different times and still not being able to get it resolved... I will try again later im over it as of now.....

    Igniter fails in 2 years

I purchased this stove on 1/3/23 and have used it for 26 months now, I had no issues until last week when the oven would not heat up. I found out the igniter went bad and needed to be replaced. I find it disappointing that a stove just over 2 years needs the electronic igniter replaced. Whirlpool brand I expect better.

It's a nice gas range. I don't reccomend it if you have small children. The knobs on the stove get extremely hot when you are cooking. Has something to do with their heating system. I would recommend this to a friend who doesn't have small children.

The stove looks good, but after first few uses, there are marks on top of stove over coils and we could not find ways to keep them away. Heating happen in a different way for lower numbers.

The stove itself is sleek and stylish. Cleaning the range top is a breeze. The added burner aids in deciding which to use. Oven pre heats quickly, and bakes amazingly well... Overall, I would recommend this model as an inexpensive addition to any kitchen.

The stove works pretty well, however the stove "pops" as it heats up. The light has gone out already too & I haven't had it but maybe 1 month.

When item is on sale it is worth it. The issue that I’ve had so far was that the bottom of the oven was popped up and cracked, had to get it exchanged. Even after it was exchanged seems like it’s defect with all the models but at least this other one didn’t seemed like it was cracked.

Was really excited to get my new range. The size is great ,the grates cover the entire top,so you can move pans easily. It is easy to program. It has sealed burners. It is easy to clean. My problem is the light is on the top middle inside, and is hanging down so when you take something off the top shelf you end up with broken glass in your food!!! So I now have no oven light as I prefer my food without glass, and I wouldn't be able to use both racks. So otherwise it's a good range of this flaw was fixed

This range is okay for the price. Its difficult to clean. Gets super hot while oven is ON, You can easily burn yourself if not careful. Smokes comes from it when Oven is running. I do like that it comes with the nonstick plate which is very helpful. Overall, it is cheap and it is fine for the price.

The stove came with a malfunctioning burner. A technician came by 2 times and was still unable to fix it. I'm learning that Whirlpool appliances often have issues early on. On a positive note, it's a very cute stove. 5 burners seems very convenient.

A good quality item, however the oven is not deep at all. We were surprised since the total dimensions are very typical, it must be bulky internal parts taking away from cooking space inside. The racks are also very flimsy, so heavy big dishes or a thanksgiving turkey is a no go! The range top however is perfect with no complaints. Just something to consider and depends on everyone’s needs.

This gas range is ok. I paid a little extra for the stainless steel so that was nice. The griddle scratches easily so I would recommend storing it somewhere other than the top of the stove is you are going to shift pots around while cooking. There is NO RACK FOR THE BROILER. You have to use one of the racks from the oven. Also the wires in the are very wide. I had a dish fall through them.

Range has good performance, however, the oven light bulb has been replaced twice a month apart since I started using the oven. I gave up on buying the light bulb since it comes at $12 a piece and it doesn't last long. Wish there was a better product for it instead of using my flashlight every time I bake.

Works fine, however it needs some getting used to for lighting up. the knobs could be a little secure since if we lean on it we can press the knobs accidentally.

The price is great on this but when the oven is on the front of it gets very hot. Enough to burn you when you touch it.
