Best Buy online Customer Service is filled with untrained people that can't answer questions. When i finally got the machine a month and a half after ordering it., the delivery people were incompetent also. They failed to connect the drain hose correctly which came off on the first wash, they also couldn't connect the water supply lines to the correct hoses. Hot went to cold and cold went to hot. I want to buy a dishwasher.... Not happening through Best Buy. There isn't a customer service line in the United States

Washer came damaged, the service department cannot schedule a replacement until 24 hours after delivery. I have not used it yet.

This machine keeps breaking over and over this is the third machine in the shop dispenser didn’t work the top door latch kept on messing up scratch the whole unit. I was very unhappy again this is the last time I’m buying.

Quiet and wash clean. No buyer’s remorse, doesn’t use a lot of water. The sensor will measure the amount of clothes the amount of detergent and water accordingly. I also purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator.

I was excited to get this washing machine but don’t waste your money!!! CONS: wrinkles clothes like a dog was chewing on them. 2. Doesn’t ring water out of clothes, they are always too wet.3. Delicate cycle is worst I’ve ever had, clothes are spun like a regular cycle and wrinkle like I’ve never seen before. 4. Load & go is the WORST innovation ever..it’s constantly running low,..even when you just fill the drawer..it is ridiculous. It doesn’t dispense soap unless I turn the water jet on first and then start a cycle. 5. There’s always a lot of condensation on the washer’s lid when a cycle is done, you open the lid and water drips everywhere… I’ve bought enough washers over the past 5 years, this is by far the most frustrating…

This washer is a disaster I had it for 5 weeks and had to schedule maintenance three separate times. In the span of 5weeks I was only able to use it for one week. Also whirpool refused to replace it even though I had a manufacturer. DO NOT BUY IF YOU CAN.

Trying to learn the cycles. No instructions with it. What's in the papers that came with it is useless.

The crew was rude and didn’t want to do any labor didn’t want to unhook or move old washer or hook new one which we paid for individual was worthless so I canceled the order and had them take washer back

The washer is very easy to utilize works much better than the Samsung washer. I had to replace my wife and the family was very pleased with this washer and the price paid!

Large tub is wonderful. It's noisy, but does a great job cleaning; especially getting out stains.

Like the washer but it does make a lot of noise. I was hoping it would be much quieter.

The auto fill settings don't add enough water to even wash you clothes. The clothes sit in the machine and don't move. You cant add water to a wash cycle unless you cancel the cycle. Then it drains all the water, and you have to start all over. Guess the people at whirlpool reach & development don't get dirty. I am sorry I didn't rent a pick up truck to return them....Do not buy its a piece of over priced JUNK!!!!
