Love my new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The washer settings are taking a little time to learn….but, it’s getting easier.

Absolutely love this washing machine. Load and go is a must for us in the future. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to love this but I just can’t. I finally decided tonight that it has to go back after having it for two weeks.  The spin cycle on some washes is violently loud. It sounds like someone is a beating it with a hammer at 100 mph. The wash cycles are incredibly long. Some loads have taken almost 2 hours we’ve had to manually stop and rebalnce the load.

I absolutely love it. Great quality. It meets all of my needs.

We purchased this washer 8/23, by 11/23, it stopped working. Called and set a sercice appt for Dec, no show, finally a tech came in March 2024, still not working. 4/4/24 appt, no show. A family with babies potty training!!! 5 months of trips to a laundry mat and taking off work. We went with this brand because it was supposed to be a top brand. Never again! It is terrible!!! They 3rd party their warranty work and they are not held accountable for their work/actions and are disrespectful of your time. This has nothing to do with Best Buy (they are great). It is about WHIRLPOOL, their faulty product and inability to provide the service needed to repair appliances. If they can't fix it, they need to refund or replace it.

This I the loudest washing machine I’ve ever heard in my entire life. That includes machines at the laundromat. It’s like it’s a sentient being who is being over dramatic to let you know how hard it’s working on cleaning your clothes. And you know that really loud beeping noise that industrial vehicles make when they back up? It makes that sound constantly amongst the cacophony of the whirling. It makes no sense. I thought I was safe with the whirlpool brand. I was wrong. It’s truly mind boggling that this was approved by the company and put on the market. It’s bad. I knew immediately it was a mistake even though I tried to tell myself it wasn’t that bad and could get used to it. I won’t. It’s SO loud. I dread having to do laundry even more now. I can’t live like this. This machine can be heard in every room of the house. It’s the worst machine I’ve ever owned. It’s driving me nuts. This cannot be returned so I’m stuck with it or have to pay more for another washer and I guess donate this one because I couldn’t, in good conscience, sell it to someone else or even give it to someone I know. Such an unnecessary hassle. Other than the absurd amount of noise, I do not care for the detergent cartridge feature. And I do not care for the buttons instead of a round dial. I would give his zero stars if I could. I feel betrayed by all the people who gave this more than one star. They must have basements that they can put it in? Do yourself a favor and get something else. Anything else.

They are amazing, love that I can start it while away from home

Biggest piece of garbage. Difficult to start, does not clean well. Often leaves residue. Whirlpool refuses to make good.

Lasted 15 months. wasted money. Cost to repair is the price of a new one. Junk.

Bought in Mar and has a problem after 5 months. Its spinner sound very loud and the washer is shaking vigorously. Try to contact Bestbuy customer service for a warranty

I wish I could just get a traditional washing machine-I don’t need a smart one. I have to babysit when washing because there is a chance it will have a load error and keep rebalancing…wasting water. It has been easy to rebalance by just moving the clothes around but it’s inconvenient and I can’t bypass it. It gets 2 stars because the clothes come out clean for the most part.

Doesnt get clothes clean..your paying for the wifi

We purchased an old Samsung washer but this washer is extremely noisy. The spin cycle is so loud it feels like its going to travel across our laundry room. The features are nice but the noise level isn't what I expected from a washer at this price point. I would return it if it wasn't outside of the return period. I tried to submit a video but the file is too large.

After two install attempts it still is not balanced. Now its leaking. Called plumbet who said my 1.5” P valve needs to be replaced with a 2” diameter drain. Plumber and parts cost $800!! This washer has now doubled in cost.

This is the worst washer I have ever had. It constantly makes loud noises. Doesn’t wash good. Can’t wash a comforter in it. I’m so upset I wasted my money on this and can’t get anyone on the phone that is in this country. I’m not satisfied at all.

Hate it! With agitator it ties everything in knots. Without agitator it does nothing. Impossible to wash blankets. Until the clothes can load and unload themselves, what good is wifi enabled laundry appliances. I now have a 1k useless new appliance and cannot return after 14days. Dont do it!

I bought the washer and dryer set in January of 2021, not even 3 full years and it’s broken and washer is broken and cost’s about the same price of a new one to fix. Whirlpool will not fix because there is no extended manufacturer warranty on this specific appliance unless purchased. Wasn’t the best washer for the full price we paid.

Train wreck, Had issues with delivery then machine leaked had issues with pick up. Will never do business again
