Bottom line, this machine is the worst machine I have ever owned in my 59 years of living on this planet. It will not clean your clothes. I have tried with the agitator, without the agitator, pre soak up to 30 minutes. I have used more detergent and stain spray along with my own elbow grease and still the results are horrible. DON'T BUY THIS PIECE OF DOO DOO MACHINE!

Worst washer ever made

It has balancing sensors that are hyper sensitive: meaning when you load it and start a wash and walk away it can and will decide to not continue the cycle. When you come back it will tell you that you must unload your clothes in order to start again. Incredibly frustrating.

The sensor will measure the amount of clothes the amount of detergent and water accordingly. I also purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator.

CONS: wrinkles clothes like a dog was chewing on them. 2. Doesn’t ring water out of clothes, they are always too wet.3. Delicate cycle is worst I’ve ever had, clothes are spun like a regular cycle and wrinkle like I’ve never seen before. 4. Load & go is the WORST innovation ever..it’s constantly running low,..even when you just fill the drawer..it is ridiculous. It doesn’t dispense soap unless I turn the water jet on first and then start a cycle. 5. There’s always a lot of condensation on the washer’s lid when a cycle is done, you open the lid and water drips everywhere… I’ve bought enough washers over the past 5 years, this is by far the most frustrating…

Last time I’m buying

I was very unhappy again this is the last time I’m buying.
