In the span of 5weeks I was only able to use it for one week. Also whirpool refused to replace it even though I had a manufacturer. DO NOT BUY IF YOU CAN.

When i finally got the machine a month and a half after ordering it., the delivery people were incompetent also. They failed to connect the drain hose correctly which came off on the first wash, they also couldn't connect the water supply lines to the correct hoses. Hot went to cold and cold went to hot. I want to buy a dishwasher.... Not happening through Best Buy. There isn't a customer service line in the United States

Just because it has an agitator the agitator did absolutely nothing! My clothes came out dirty! I did a total of four washes before I returned it and each wash took way over two hours because it was out of balance every time! It would not correct itself! I really thought this would be the one, but it is not! This is a total rip off! Do not buy!

The clothes sit in the machine and don't move. You cant add water to a wash cycle unless you cancel the cycle. Then it drains all the water, and you have to start all over. Guess the people at whirlpool reach & development don't get dirty. I am sorry I didn't rent a pick up truck to return them....Do not buy its a piece of over priced JUNK!!!!

Since we could not be without a washing machine for the two weeks Whirlpool's warranty agent needed, we had to pay for our own part and repairs.
