Good when your coming from a 14 yr old rustbucket

My only gripe with its performance is with moderately sized loads (8 towels or so), if vibrated horribly. I don’t believe the guys who installed it verified its level but it looks pretty level and I watched them install the legs so they appeared fully seated. My biggest issue is paying the install fees and carry away fee and the guy you get calls to tell you he will be there at 11am when the app says between 10am-2pm. He arrived at 5:15pm and marked in his app that he arrived at 3:30pm. He got the washer in the house, got it up stairs and installed. Told me it won’t fit in the new spill pan I installed and it sounded like he may have cracked the pvc drain or spill pan. Now this washer is about 27.5” depth and the spill pan is 30” depth on the flat part so there was not a lot of wiggle room. I get that, but he should have had an assistant. When he hooked up the dryer I had to remind him we had the steam feature and he had to run back out to his truck to get the lines to install it. He almost forgot it. Anyway other than the entire waste of a day, we were glad to get a new washer and dryer for 0% finance on a Best Buy credit card

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would possibly give it five stars, but I didn't have much time with it.The only reason it got sent back was because I really needed the sync part of it where the water you can turn it on.And off and that washer did not have it but best buy allowed us to use it till our new washer came.And it was very nice.It was big, but it was short.So you could reach the bottom
