Great washer, especially the removable agitator when you want to wash my comforters!

It is actually a great product. The removable agitator is a game changer. We can wash 2 weeks worth of load no problem for 2 of us.

The match for my new Whirlpool dryer and love it. I was apprehensive after having front loads for years but think I've changed my mind. This washer holds more and I love the option of using the agitator or removing it. Another win for Whirlpool!

Love our new washer! There are so many options and I love the removable agitator. Our clothes are coming out so clean. I haven't used all the features yet but one of my favorites is the "deep water" option.

I have this washer for about a month now and absolutely love it. The capacity is super huge with or without the agitator, the controls are easy to use and the wash cycle choices are great.

Had to replace my whirlpool cabrio, similar gray color. It is easy to operate, love that it has the removal agitator which I believe cleans the clothes better than my Cabrio. It corrects the load when it is off balanced. The only thing is it is so loud! The first time I hear the big thumping noise (worried it would damage my new washing machine). But I had to let it go through its self correction cycle. Not as quiet compared to my Cabrio fr Whirlpool. But again it seems to wash our clothes better.

This is a big and use friendly washer i ever owned. I love that is a load and go washer. I don't have to remember if i forgot to put detergent in with the clothes or not. I do love how the middle of it can be removed to fit blankets etc. I didn't go wrong purchasing this washer.

It seems it's a good washer so far. I don't know it's only been 3 days that we had this. Like all the features on this washer. Like that u can remove agitator off and on.

Wow! What a great machine! My clothes are cleaner and using less water than before. The removable agitator really helps with some of those bulky items too. I wish I had purchased this machine a long time ago

I bought this washer to replace a 10 year old LG washer. Overall it gets the job done. I like the soaking feature and the removable agitator. The only reason it gets 4 starts instead of three is the locking mechanism malfunctioned after about a month of use, so now I get to stand there and hold it closed for 30 seconds at the beginning of each wash cycle until the wash moves to "sensing" instead of "add garment".

The center agitator broke within the first month. There is something wrong with the bearings so that it makes a terrible sound when it hits the spin cycle. Whirlpool support is almost non-existent. The tray to add detergent is nice (when the family remembers to fill it). It gets the clothes clean.

Really nice really smart. And i can tell my clothes are clean by the touch.

Very advanced and efficient washer. It's large enough to wash a king size comforter when you remove the agitator. Everything comes out clean.

After many years with a front load, we are adjusting to the top load. Seems to get thrown off balance very easily, I think this is because the inside is HUGE. We just are not used to having so much space. We are having issues with the automatic detergent dispenser but reading online, this may be due to water pressure. I am having the valves and some other work completed and we will see if this helps. Otherwise - wife things its awesome!

Very good washer. Load & Go is a bit finicky when it chooses to work or not. The Whirlpool service tech told me to be careful using chlorine bleach in the reservoir because it will corrode. The removeable agitator seems a bit useless but you really should remove it for washing larger items like a bed spread. The service tech told me the agitator has SNAPPED off during heavy loads. So far it's good.

Washes well, large capacity, quiet, great washer so far!

So far, I really like this washing machine. I love the removable agitator. It's very easy to take out and put back in. It washes well and has cycles that work for me. The only downside to me, is that it is deep. I can't reach the bottom of the tub to get the clothes that are sitting on the bottom. I have to use a step stool and a grabber to reach them. I'm about 5'4" so not really short, but it is just deep. But it's nice and big so I can wash comforter's and blankets without any problems. I think it's a really great washing machine. It's easy to use and gets my clothes clean.
