Recently updated to this model. Love the easy use. Clean and dry clothes well.

The washer does a great job. I've had Whirlpool front loaders for years that did not offer the level of wash or options as this one does. Additionally, front loaders tend to leak have more problems, so I didn't want to deal with this anymore! I strongly recommend this model instead of front loaders.

Capacity is good. I don't like that the options for spin are none, medium or high. There is no low/gentle spin. Gentle cycle clothes that need to be hung to dry are really wrinkled.
I like the removable agitator.
Instructions for using this machine and the different options are non-existent.

Great washer. Was just too small for my family. So I decided to upgrade. No issues with it tho.

Love that I can add entire bottle of soap and it just dispenses it! The removable agitator is great!! Highly recommend. It’s a little loud, that’s my only complaint

Liked the update with the machine by now including a removable agitator. Old one did not have this and with it, I notice items wash better.

Great purchase. Bought after our washer (prior model) died after only 3 years. Love that you can remove the agitator for blanket. It is bigger so my only issue is getting the clothes out after a wash. I'm 5'2 so it's very hard for me to retrieve the items from the bottom of the washer.

This is the washer I have wanted for so many years. I love the removable agitator for bulky items, and the way it premeasures the detergent. And I also notice that my clothes are getting much cleaner than they were with a front load washer.

The Whirlpool washer works reasonably well for everyday loads and has a straightforward, user-friendly design. It gets the job done, but the performance feels pretty standard—not exceptional. Some cycles take longer than expected, and the cleaning power is decent but not impressive. Overall, it’s a reliable, average washer that meets basic needs without standing out

The washing machine is great overall. It has plenty of space and works perfectly. It’s a bit loud at times and quite large, so keep that in mind if space is limited. The online features are nice to have, but not really essential.

Love this washer it is everything I need.I was looking for one that offered a agitator and works so well I can not believe all the dirt and smells which was left in my clothes but now I can see the difference.

The match for my new Whirlpool dryer and love it. I was apprehensive after having front loads for years but think I've changed my mind. This washer holds more and I love the option of using the agitator or removing it. Another win for Whirlpool!

We have had this washer for a year. Just my wife and I. I thought while shopping for a washer the removable agitator was a great idea, has a extra large capacity tub. We have owned many washers over the years sears brand, whirlpool lower capacity which actually worked better then this one.I thought larger capacity meant you can put more in to wash wrong. This one goes into a out of balance mode if you don't stop it and adjust clothes it continues to try to balance the load which never does . The clothes also don't get all the way wet . The load and go dispenser is a total waste of time and space uses either to little or too much soap,I have even had the pod not even dissolve when put in top of clothes not using the dispenser ends up stuck to clothes and need rewashed. Had a empty pod stuck to clothes in dryer that needed rewashed. We paid 2000. For the pair . When this one breaks going back to what we use to buy smaller capacity. They need more research and development on this one do not buy.

I really like this washer, and I'm glad we bought it. It does a great job washing our clothes, and I love that it is a top loader and has an agitator (that you can remove, if desired). I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because: it is so deep that it is awkward to remove all the wash out of it, and I'm 5'8"; I can't imagine how impossible it'd be for anyone shorter than me since it is uncomfortable for me at my height. Also, I hate the "water spray" button on the outer left rim- I find it useless AND I constantly hit it by accident when retrieving my clean clothes from the washer, forcing me to re-wash them since I just accidently soaked them again with the "water spray" button. We never use the auto laundry soap dispenser; we use Blueland tablets instead and toss them in at the beginning of each wash. We love the "pre-soak" option: for no more water than a regular wash, the clothes get cleaner with this option.
