Overall great washer!

The only thing I dislike is the auto soap dispenser. I go through so much soap. I need to figure out an alternative way to add soap.

Whirlpool is amazing

Gets the job done, but a little loud

Clothes smell clean and there is way less water in the completed wash load than with the old front loading machine. Note one issue though (and honestly not new... just brought back to life)... if you are short (5'1" or less)... you will need a step stool or grabber for the clothes at the bottom. :)

Washer not dryer

The auto dispenser is a little wonky. Can't say much for the matching dryer. It stopped working to the point of a reboot each time which is difficult for a dryer. Whirlpool tech came out and didn't fix it. kept happening until after the one year warranty. Now Whirlpool will do nothing without buying a $400 warranty. Might as well buy a new dryer... and of course... a different brand!

Broken latch

Best Buy made it easy to have it replaced within a week. The latch is plastic so not vet durable and may break easily. Washes well and the removable agitator is convenient.
