Good washer, leaves cloths really clean and the removable agitator is really a plus for heavy duty cleanings. however, besides the agitator it is pretty average, and not worth the price

Beat washer I have ever owned. Fast, efficient, and does very good job. There was a learning curve, but even at 83 years old I able to get it with little trouble. Only thing I would change is the placement of the button to add water. Maybe it wouldn’t be a problem for right handed people. Overall I love this washer.

The washer has performed well in the time that we've owned it. The auto dispenser is a little wonky. Can't say much for the matching dryer. It stopped working to the point of a reboot each time which is difficult for a dryer. Whirlpool tech came out and didn't fix it. kept happening until after the one year warranty. Now Whirlpool will do nothing without buying a $400 warranty. Might as well buy a new dryer... and of course... a different brand!

Bought this about 2.5 years ago and stopped working on the spin cycle.

just got this washer. so far so good. it's easy to use and my close feel clean. I love the different settings it has. much better than my Samsung. also love the color.

Love that I can add entire bottle of soap and it just dispenses it! The removable agitator is great!! Highly recommend. It’s a little loud, that’s my only complaint

GREAT for washing heavy loads and comforters!!!!!!

This washer handles everything we put in it from gentle items to bulky king size comforters. The washer has not stopped for an out of ballance error yet. Also as a side not best buy delivery people are the best very friendly and know what they are doing.

Machine works well but the clothes don't smell good like my old machine. It has the soap dispenser that is convenient because you don't have to add detergent everytime but there's no way to control how much it dispenses. I think it needs more so I have to use pods if I want more soap. I love the app to control and see the wash but I prefer my old machine that cleans better and smells better.

So far this is very nice and Quit it takes some time to learn how to use all the buttons but overall it works.

This washer is amazing in the way it really gets the clothes and other washable items clean. It even does a great job on small rugs. Being able to get the water to flow with the lid up makes it easy to work on the small stains that occur. Would definitely buy again.

This is the washer I have wanted for so many years. I love the removable agitator for bulky items, and the way it premeasures the detergent. And I also notice that my clothes are getting much cleaner than they were with a front load washer.

Paired with whirlpool dryer and this set is excellent. Washes clothes very well and has numerous settings to ensure you’re caring for your laundry properly.
