Motherboard failed at 2 years. Do Not Buy

I was able to self diagnose and buy replacement part for $160. Anyone else would have a $300 service call and $300+ part. Even local appliance guy said no one around here could diagnosis it without a “special whirlpool diagnostic machine.” Unacceptable for a $900 2 year old machine. Don’t waste your money on the technology. Spend it in tried and true speed queen.

However, the spin cycle is pretty aggressive so it will become loud and shaking at the end, but other wise I love it.

Was the washer recently installed?
Before washing your first load, it is recommended to run an empty cycle using HE detergent and the ""Quick Wash"" setting to clean the drum and prepare the dispenser.
Was the correct wash temperature selected, and were the hoses connected correctly?
Water Temperature: Use hot or warm washes for fabrics that can safely handle them, following garment care labels. The Casual or Delicate cycle can increase the water level, which helps reduce the chance of dye transfer. Note that even cold wash settings may use some warm water to maintain a minimum temperature.
Hose Connection: Verify that the hot water inlet hose is connected to the household hot water supply and the cold water hose is connected to the cold water supply. Reversed hoses can lead to warm rinsing water, which may set wrinkles. Refer to your Installation Instructions for details.

Cycle and Settings Selection

Are you using HE or High-Efficiency Detergent?
