I just love my washer I got to say they send me a bad one the first time but they end up send me a new one thanks for stepping up to the plate Best buy

So far a great deal from a outlet purchase! A very nice saleswoman put us at ease on a outlet sale.

Well it has been 6 months and this washer has been excellent….up until 2 weeks ago. We are now getting a VERY loud VERY high pitched squeal when it spins. They are coming out to look at it, so we will see what they say. I hope this isnt the start of a bad product.

No complaints. Simple to use. Great design and HUGE! Overall a great buy, especially when BestBuy has it on sale!! The see-thru glass lid is especially nice. And this machine does magic as it figures out all the proper measurements of laundry detergent (simply load up the dispenser for many many loads) and water. Already finding less detergent and water are needed with this unit compared to the last (decade old) washer.

We have had nothing but issues with this washer. The fill sensor went out in the first machine with 48 hours. Best Buy replaced it and we assumed it was a one time issue at the factory. They delivered the same machine and within 20 days it was doing the exact same thing. Water pours from the machine because it continues to add water when it is already full. DO NOT buy this. Go with a different brand.

I absolutely love this washer. I had front loader but I will never go back. I live the soak feature on this and the fact I can pour detergent in the holder and do t have to worry about adding it every load!

Good product, no issues, bit of a tight fit in my laundry room, but the Best Buy guys got it handled w/o issues. We are happy with this purchase.

Washer is HUGE! No problem washing anything from delicates to a king sized comforter! Love it!

Not to happy because it took me 3mouths to get if I get it monday. I have always liked best buy and greek qu in the pass but I have a lot of trouble getting my washer replacement this time..

I had best buy come deliver and install the washer so i wouldnt make any mistakes in set up after 3 hours after arriving and 3 hours of trying to do one load the washer wouldnt get past sensing mode and refilling and emptying water on a continuous cycle , i gave 2 stars cause best buy did resolve it , after calling they said theyd send out geeksquad to fix it , but i asked if i could get a new one cause i shouldnt have received a broken device to begin with .

Installation and deliveried not problems at all actually 1st dryers was damage and just call customer service within in a week boom had a replaced

Washer is a bit noisy, however does a nice job cleaning clothes

First load, water shot out the sealed part on the front, running down the washer. Not from under the lid either. Loud. My towels are tearing apart, has never done it with my last previous washers. Not to sure how i feel about this machine yet. So far i just say it's just an ok washer, nothing to brag about.

Too deep of a wash tub for me to reach the bottom, undortunately. I had to use a step stool to get the clothes feom the bottom.
