No warranty now. Removed the cover and this thing is all plastic and obviously not made to last. Thank you whirlpool for another pretty cheaply made imported product.

It doesn't clean...has a hug drum but isn't strong enough to even handle a load half full. I did two full size blankets in it, and it would start, jump, stop...then I pushed start again, start and jump. I had to take the water logged blankets outside and hand dry. On smaller loads, it runs through the cycle and the close still don't smell clean. Has a plastic drum behind it and interior is plastic, so you can expect years of mold/mildew to collect and have your clothes start to smell funky after the first few months. App keep disconnecting..buttons look like they will break within a few years...Doesn't look like this will last. I returned after 5 loads and one day of using it.

The fill sensor went out in the first machine with 48 hours. Best Buy replaced it and we assumed it was a one time issue at the factory. They delivered the same machine and within 20 days it was doing the exact same thing. Water pours from the machine because it continues to add water when it is already full. DO NOT buy this. Go with a different brand.

But when using it on the normal cycle it takes 120 mins and the clothes are still pretty wet! It’s pretty frustrating!!! Plus it just makes the drying process longer as well.
