We upgraded to this unit from a front-loader as we felt that our clothes weren't getting wet nor washed. The only drawback is that you have to reset the machine from time to time by unplugging it from the wall as we have found it unresponsive.

Easy to use as well. It does have issues with bulky items. The washer does not balance well with bulky items. Sheets and blankets appear to be the biggest issue. Too bad they do not issue updates to correct issues.

Sometimes it can be loud if the load weight isn’t evenly distributed. Also is big and can fit like large comforters and stuff. Also the load and go sucks. It’ll use all of the detergent on the first load.

It would be 5 stars but the app is not working correctly so I'm not getting the notice when the cycle completes and that was part of why I chose this machine.
