Love the top loader. No more stooping down to load the wash. Former owners had a two-decker with dryer on top of washer and the washer had to be drained periodically. We hated it and finally found a side-by-side washer dryer we can live with. So far everything works great. And the whites are a lot whiter now, too.

No issues at all with this new washer. Clean looking design and controls are intuitive. I like it. I feel like the design over the previous Cabrio series by Whirlpool is simpler and less fancy, but it is still a very nice unit and full of features.

Smooth, quiet, easy to use interface and wireless features. Everything you would expect from Whirlpool.

I like the convenience of keep detergent in machine. It’s fairly easy to use. I have a hard time with remembering how to change settings but I look it up online for help

So far this is very nice and Quit it takes some time to learn how to use all the buttons but overall it works.

So happy with new washer. This dial free washer cleans like a dream. Holds great load and soap is pre filled. This is a great buy.

The washer can handle very large loads. Can fit a few comforters at once. There are lots of washing options to choose from. The only downside is that the automatic soap dispenser doesn't seem to dispense a good amount of soap.

The washer has performed well in the time that we've owned it. The auto dispenser is a little wonky. Can't say much for the matching dryer. It stopped working to the point of a reboot each time which is difficult for a dryer. Whirlpool tech came out and didn't fix it. kept happening until after the one year warranty. Now Whirlpool will do nothing without buying a $400 warranty. Might as well buy a new dryer... and of course... a different brand!

Works great! Holds way more than my old washing machine. App was easy to install and use.

I love the size and the ability to remove the agitator. Being able to load and go the laundry soap is something i didnt think i needed or use but discovered i love this feature. It saves time and money. The only drawback is i am not sure how to add color or white saving products such as clorox color brightener or Out White Brite.

This washer is great. I love that you can remove the agitator if you are doing more delicate items!

We like the removable agitator, and the large space of the washer, it allows us to wash big blankets and things. It’s a little louder than I’d like but not too bad.

This washer is great! Love the removable agitator. The only thing I dislike is the auto soap dispenser. I go through so much soap. I need to figure out an alternative way to add soap.

Incredible product, the ability to remove agitator to wash your massive comforter, or use agitator for normal loads. It also has a scrub brush you can fill with stain remover and has a water feature to pre treat

Absolutely love the flexibility of this washer. The removable agitator is a game changer and without it, the drum is huge. The auto-dispensing detergent feature is convenient and I’ve noticed I’m buying less detergent.
