This is replacement stove delivered 01/18. On 02/12/2025 county gas company detected gas leak. and gas shut off to appliance stove . Repairman sent out by Whirlpool cannot find the issue and repair. Now it is month 4, 03/2025 and stove still leaks gas when the oven turned on. No urgency by Whirlpool to replace the range despite the gas fumes being a hazard. Whirlpool keeps referring back to contracted repair company, repair company sends back to Whirlpool. I sent email, chatted, long hold times for customer service. The performance is very very poor. Quality poor, that is 2 Whirlpool stoves that were either damaged or leaking gas. Contracted Repair person replaced one part now says it is another part. Forced to pay for a plumber to remove gas connection. So far no reimbursement. I need help assistance before there is a explosion causing damage and death. Horrible experience with the product.

REGRET buying this stove!

Stovetop grates layout makes it difficult to clean the stove top as you have to remove everything off the top of stove to clean just one side. The 2 "hinged" grates slide off too easily while trying to lift up for cleaning stovetop. The burners are situated too close to the center, must remove middle "griddle" plate to center pans over burners. (my previous whirlpool stove: leaving the middle griddle in place was nice, prevented splatters on stovetop) Front burners burn TOO HOT, even on low, have to move large pans/pots to back burners just to get a low simmer. The person who designed this stove should find another job. Expected more from Whirlpool based on past purchases over the years, will not make that mistake again

Good stove
