Its been great having this double oven and stove top. It has worked well, and the whole family loves it.

I received this oven on February 20, 2025 and on March 10th 2025, I noticed that the top oven had burn marks on the bottom of it, even though I have only used it 3 times. I called Best Buy since I paid extra for their 3 year warranty, but was told that it was out of date by 3 days! So I had to call Whirlpool and was on the phone with them for an hour just to be told that I have an appointment for diagnosis only, no repairs, no replacement. I didnt even get to tell her about how the bottom oven takes 3+ hours to bake something that is supposed to take 40 mins, because I was on hold for most of the call and had to text her 3 or 4 photos of the inside of the top oven. I had no idea whatsoever that you only have 15 days to replace an expensive appliance through Best Buy.

Love it! The top oven does seem to be somewhat hotter in the back than the front so i turn most foods halfway through the cooking time.

We purchased this stove from Best Buy in Ann Arbor and received the best customer service. If you are looking to make a purchase, their team understands all the appliances features and the have comparable pricing.

How can I review something that I haven’t even received? I paid full price instead of getting the exact same stove on sale because this color was expected to arrive several weeks sooner. By the time that I got home, I already had a back order notification! Then, a few days later, I got a second back order notification. At best, my stove is still a month away (2+ months waiting!). Consequently, I have no stove (mine died - that’s why I bought a new one) and am VERY DISCOURAGED!!

Great double oven! I've baked desserts and meals in both ovens and they are awesome! Heats quicker than my 9 year old double oven, bakes more evenly and the burners also heat up super quick.

Not sure if I am more disappointed with Best Buy or Whirlpool. First I purchased an LG range. When it was delivered they brought an Open Box one which I did not purchase and it was damaged and could not be used. With inventory being a major issue right now I went with this double oven Whirlpool The first day of using it I heard a load pop and saw a quick flash on the opposite burner. I called Best Buy and was told that I need to contact Whirlpool. A repair person was sent out to find out that 2 burner elements need to be replaced plus the control board. All of this after 5 min of using. And I can only use 2 burners. Now 21 days later I have been told that they are still trying to find the burner elements and this is an authorized Whirlpool repair shop. Another issue with the range - if you broil something one half browns nicely and the other not at all. Very unhappy with the product and service.
