It is a step down from my 18-year-old dryer that I had hauled away after receiving this new dryer. I like the steam and moisture sensing however.

No longer dries the clothes in Oct 2025. Its good if you want a dryer that only last 2 1/2 years, No warranty and not covered under the protection plan. Best Buy warranty does not cover what the sales person tells you. I guess that shows the confidence in this product. 2 people household and 2 year life on dryer.

Got the run around from both Best Buy and Whirlpool when trying to get them to resolve the issue.
