I have made multiple service calls on this machine... paid for the service call, remedied every excuse they had for the problem and yet it still persists. This dryer is destroying my clothes, producing lint over 1" thick and the clothes still are not dry on a single run. I have photos. I will never buy another Whirlpool product. This machine has cost me new clothes and $125 service call that I should not have had to pay for! Awful.

It's an amazing dryer! All features work wonderfully! The steam setting helps refresh clothes in a pinch! Queen sized bedding is a breeze to dry. King sized does fit snuggly but is still plenty manageable! I got it at a great deal and am very happy with it! My only complaint, is the lint trap is on top of the dryer, which I didnt pay attention to when I purchased it, and when I pull it out to clean it, some lint particles get sprinkled on top of the dryer. For myself its not that big of a deal. Again, overall, LOVE the product!

This is a great dryer! Lots of room, nicely quiet, really gets the clothes dry. My last dryer things were always just a little damp still even on the most dry auto-sensing. This one auto-senses too, and is much more accurate. And I like that the dust filter is on top so I don't have to bend over!

I like the product a lot, my only complaint is that the top of the dryer is slightly domed, and you can’t set a jug of laundry soap or a little trashcan or anything because it falls off. There is no way around this! You just cannot set items on top. But that is honestly my only complaint. I love the steam option on the dryer. It’s great for taking wrinkles out of clothes specially for work. i’ve had it for a few weeks now and I have no complaints.

I love the appliance. It's very quiet when in used and dry faster even in the lowest setting. Every day I love it more. It fit very well my bed sheets and comforter. I love every setting in it and so far I have used most of them. Wrinkle free works well, too.

I purchased this dryer on 01-13-26 and pivked it up from the store on 01-27-26 i have always had good results with Whirlpool products. Upon starting the first cycle this dryer is very loud and noisy even with clothes in in. So whirlpool is sendingout a repair service nect week. My issue my 17 year old dryer runs quieter than this and the fact a repairman for a brand new dryer? I am disappointed abd plan on disconnecting and returning for a full refund

Decent dryer. The door is kind of cheaply made. It is shorter than my last dryer so I feel like I need to bend down more to take out the clothes. My last dryer was a whirlpool but they do not make the model anymore. The top is odd and you cannot put anything on top or it falls off. The steam feature is nice easy to set up. It is a workable dryer but not as nice as the previously one.

I love this dryer!! It is sooooo large. It drys, steams out wrinkles and it is so quiet

Love this dryer have had no issues so far. The highest dry time is 90 minutes and that seems to get the job done.
