This replaced a whirlpool that was noisy outta the box (installed whn we built the house). This one is so much better and it does a great job of cleaning the dishes. The extra spray jets on top really make a difference. I really like the silverware caddy, which can be used on the bottom rack or attached to the inside of the door if you have a really full load. There was another model I wanted because it is soo quiet you can't hear it running at all. However, it was over $600 and I wasn't going to pay that much for a dishwasher. For $300 and change this was a good purchase. I just wish the installers would have made a better effort or been creative so that it was installed flush. Our builder had some obstruction that would've needed some modification. I think they could've done it pretty easy, but were probably pressed for time. For the price...this is a must buy. By the way, if you need it installed it will cost you and extra $150ish.

Pros: Cleans well, easy to load, lots of room, flexible utensil rack location, simple to learn to use, a solid basic dishwasher that will do 95% of everything one would want to do with a dishwasher. A good deal for the price. Cons: doesn't dry plastics well, and is a little weak on drying overall. The top rack has large gaps at the back which smaller items will fall through once the water starts knocking them around. Easily fixed with some aluminum wire or by just putting smaller lighter items like plastic lids at the middle or front of the rack , but definitely a design flaw. Utensil rack is lightly built and of questionable durability if not handled with care.

I bought an open box unit. I have been VERY satisfied with my dishwasher (which I installed with the help of my boyfriend). Price could not be matched by anyone (just because open box item). All related parts were in the machine and nicely repacked. The staff at Best Buy handled the unit very carefully and bubble wrapped it immediately on sale. It was stored at Best Buy for a week, in order to get my truck and pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, recovery of unit was fast and convenient. Great Staff! It has basic wash cycles (have not used long wash cycles yet). On eco cycle, not all the egg, batter residue came off so best to prescrub the utensils OR try a longer cycle. .After wash cycle was done I easily wiped off the residue with a scrubby sponge. Utensil box (when packed with utensils) can get caught on the bottom basket drawer, (when drawer is pulled out). I don't mind this small inconvenience because it gives you quick open and drop in of utensils. I also use the old utensil basket from my old unit, on the bottom basket shelf. This eliminates overpacking the utensil box attached to the door. This unit also seems to hold about 15% more dishes than my old unit, since bottom basket does NOT have a center hole for spray arm. Anyways, for a well priced (even at regular price), quiet, basic unit, this is a great dishwasher!

LOVE this dishwasher and wish we had found it sooner! Works great thoroughly, quietly and reliably. Whirlpool is the way to go as far as we are concerned and the best buy literally!

We got a great deal from best but who matched and then beat a competitors price. The dishwasher installed fairly easy. (Somewhat handy). My favorite aspect is how quiet it runs. We have a new born and compared to our old dishwasher, this is super quiet. Highly recommend.

Our 17 year old dishwasher "died" so we had to replace it and found this Whirpool dishwasher at Best Buy. My wife liked it because of its size, large capacity and design. The Best Buy delivery and installation service was incredibly professional. We have used the dishwasher for 6 weeks and are very happy with it. It is very efficient and remarkably quiet while working. For the price, we can only and strongly recommend this product!!

Upgraded from a Kenmore Elite that finally started to have issues. As a home builder I already use Whirlpool appliances in all my homes, so it was a no-brainer to go with Whirlpool in my own home. One of the main features that drew us to this particular model was the silverware rack mounting to the door. Makes it quick and easy to toss in dirty silverware without having to open the door all the way and pull the bottom rack out. At 55 db, this is a very quiet unit. My kitchen is right next to the family room and you can barely tell this unit is running. The filter screen located at the bottom of the unit comes in and out very easily as well making it a snap to clean. Things I'd change: The top rack layout seems rather small, would like ability to raise or lower it so that larger bowls can go up top. Also, a countdown timer would be nice so you knew how much longer the unit had until it was done. Our old Kenmore unit had one and we liked that about it. Especially since you can't hear it, you could at least see how long it had. All in all, very happy with this model. For the price we couldn't find anything else with as many features as this one without spending a couple hundred dollars more.

THis replaced a 15 year old dishwasher that was on its last leg. The price was great and ship to store was faster than expected. If I get 5 years out of it I will be thrilled. Easy to install. Doesn't have tons of extra features but most you don't need. Wish it did have a quick rinse feature but otherwise great buy.

Dishwaser works as expected. It's not the quietest, it is definitely worth the money paid. We have had for about a month and have yet to experience a dirty dish after any of the cycles. Dishes, Bowls, and silverware all come out clean and mostly dry. A drying agent is not needed, but it does help.

We had this dishwasher now for about 3 weeks. It still works, and so far we are happy. It is a basic dishwasher with no fancy features. But so far it is doing the job. Our previous (Bosch) dishwasher had a "top rack only" washing feature, which this one does not have. It is a noisy dishwasher, but bearable. Overall, so far we are pleased.

The machine was easy enough to install and fit opening perfectly. For a value model it is quiet and works well. Old dishwasher was a different brand so I couldn't use the water supply hose connection. Home depot had what I needed for less than $5. But that is the problem, I had to go back out in terrible weather to get connection. Item should come with everything you need to connect it.

Great dishwasher for the price, works great! Sometimes there are dishes with water inside them after dry cycle, but it's no big deal...probably the way I load them.

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever owned. In addition, it does a great job of cleaning dishes, silverware, etc. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I wanted a low-cost DW to replace my existing dinosaur. It works great and is quiet. It has all the features I need. I didn't like that the standard inlet fitting is a garden hose bib, requiring me to purchase $15 worth of fittings.

Looks good, easy to run and quiet. I like the silverware rack on the door because it doesn't take up room inside. I would like the angle of the rack on the bottom to be a little more slanted but I am learning to utilize it effectively .

My 17 yeqr old RCA dishwasher which came with my condo finally died. I bought this Whirlpool at Best Buy for $130 less than my local Home Depot. It quietly cleans my dishes! Easy to install and operate. I'm happy!

This is a replacement for a similar item. It installed easily and has performed well so far. It is the quietest dishwasher I have ever encountered.

For the price this dish washer cleans well and really isn't all that noisy considering you can pay alot more for "quiet technology". Can put quite a few pots and plates on the bottom but not alot of larger items on the top shelf. Dishwasher takes a long time to run a load but does it well. While you have more room on the bottom with the silverware holder on the door it's a tradeoff as the holder is difficult to open/close and you have to find the right sized openings to put your knives/forks/spoons in as some are too small for what you are trying to put in the rack.

Nothing to complain about as of yet. Does a great job of cleaning and also so much quieter than our previous one.

Got it on sale but it would have been a great buy at regular price. Lots of room.for dishes and pots and pans. And it cleans exceptional ally well.
