I have owned this dishwasher for 4 weeks now. This is a very quiet dishwasher, nice appearence in stainless. Cleans well, does not dry great though. Always plenty of moisture left inside after drying cycle. The dishes are dry for the most part, but some of the flatwear in the door basket on each side are still wet. Has a top sprayer which is nice. Door basket is just o k . It does free up space, but is hard to load and unload when in the door. I am a bit worried about the quality of the click closed handle type. seems a little flimsy and has plastic parts.I guess time will tell. Overall, satisified with purchase.

This dishwasher replaced a 13 year old unit and me! My top considerations were noise level, a top rack wash spinner, and a chyild lock. All features included and very easy to use. As for the noise level compared to this unit (55db), I am guessing that my old unit was about 80-90 db!!! I used to turn the TV up about 30% to hear it over the old unit. I did not realize how loud it had become. The 1st time I used the new unit, I actually could turn the TV down. The delay feature is also great. I fill the dishwasher after dinner, set the delay for 2 or 4 hours, and in the morning the dishes are done, clean, and dry. After a month of almost daily use, I am very pleased with this unit !!!

This is as great dishwasher. I bought it because I was tired of dealing with a dishwasher that wouldn't get my flatware clean. In fact, because of all the years I have been stuck with the piece of garbage that they put in the house to have a dishwasher in it, I had to wash all the flatware by hand before trying to wash it in the new one just to get all that stuff built up on it from the old one. After that, I haven't had to wash the same flatware over and over. It gets it clean along with the dishes the 1st attempt. It's also very quiet. You can't even hear it running unless you are standing right next to it.

Bought this model to replace a 20+ year old Hotpoint that was just not very efficient anymore. Installation was easy even with a difficult location I had to work with. LOTS of room, very quiet, so far seems to clean quite well. Also qualified for a rebate from the local power company.

We bought an opened box dishwasher and I think they returned it because of an odor it has. It runs quietly and cleans the dishes so nicely, but I can't give it a 5 because of the odor. I highly doubt that brand new ones smell, I think its just because ours was used.

We wanted a reasonable priced quality dishwasher and this unit fit that description. The unit is very quiet. It cleans dishes and drys them very well. The silverware tray separator cover was not useable with our silverware and the soap dispensor interfered with the silverware when the tray was in the door. Leaving the covers open and moving the tray to the lower rack solved all the problems.

Does a great job washing dishes and utensils. The utensil rack is different but it keeps the utensils separated and even washes off dried food. Large tub with plenty of room and the top rack can be adjusted up and down. It does take longer to wash but all new dishwashers are like that for increased energy savings. The previous model was rated a best buy by Consumer Reports for price/performance. The new model is even better in my opinion. It certainly is a lot better than my old GE washer which cost a lot more when new. It was delivered right on time and they tool the old one away. I would definitely purchase this washer again. Not much more to say besides what's great about it and what's not so great. The dishwasher is exceptionally quiet, which is a real bonus. It gets the dishes very clean, and has options for heavy cleaning and a 'sani rinse' that imbues confidence even if it doesn't do anything special. :) It is a little slow to dry the dishes, but that hasn't been a major issue. Overall I like it 100%.

We are so happy with this unit. We have hard water and we expected sub par results with spots on everything like our last dish washer. But this machine really does an amazing job. You would never know we have hard water by looking at our dishes now. A night and day difference. USE CASCADE RINSE AID! And you WILL GET DRY DISHES. So many people complain about wet dishes with so many units. We have not tried any other rinse aid yet. But REGULAR cascade WORKS GREAT. We love the silverware on the door feature. We can fit so many more dishes in this unit now over our old one. Be sure to load your small silverware in the little holder holes (handles down) and you will have perfect dishes. Looks nice in black. NOISE LEVEL: Much better than our old unit. We are glad we didn't spend over $800.00 for a silent Bosch. I hear they are silent. But this is so quite it's not worth it to pay more than double for silent Bosch right now for us. This is a great value! There's 3 of us in our family. And we make a lot of dishes. lol It handles our work load just fine.

I really wanted to love this dishwasher. But as much as I try I;m just not. Pros: cleans dishes well, looks nice in my kitchen, free delivery and $20.00 install. Cons: hard to load the silverware in, bin is on the door and its difficult, I will move the basket to see if it works better in a more typical area. Can easily turn on washer just by accidentally hitting a button. Its a little to easy. And mostly is the lack of drying. I am using all suggested detergents and jet dry stuff, but top shelf is very wet and need to be completely dried. The dishwasher door is wet on the inside, which generally means silverware is wet too. Had real high hopes, and I am still hoping I will learn how use it better.

Is a relative inexpensive dishwasher. At 55 decibels, it's very quiet (compared to our previous 11-year-old dishwasher) - don't need to turn up the TV volume anymore (!). Due to the plumbing layout of our kitchen's dishwasher space, this model was one of the few that would fit the space (there are pipes in the back on the floor; this model's back configuration fit over the pipes). Without Jet Dry, it doesn't get the dishes completely dry, however.

The quietness of this machine is remarkable over my old machine. I can set it and forget it knowing my dishes will be clean and dry when I am ready to put them away.

Dishes come out clean everytime. Love this dishwasher! I love overnight cycle and the energy efficiency. The utensil basket can go in door in the bottom basket or hang on the outside of the bottom basket. Excellent design. I also love how easy it is to clean the filter in the bottom. No other dishwasher I've owned has had a removable filter. I've had it for 6 weeks and have run the machine everyday since. Love it!

My old dish washer machine was Whirlpool and worked fine for 9 years. Now, it broke. After doing some research, I decided to stick with Whirlpoo, and chose this model. The first try, I was very very unhappy with the result with the option: normal/heated dry. The interior (door side, left/right panels, back panels) was full of water drops. I almost wanted to return it. Then, after read the manual again, I tried it with "Rinse aid" (I did not need it for my old machine). This time, it was better, but still not totally dried. I would say that it only had 85% dry. But, acceptable. I just don't want to go through the trouble of return, repurchase (of course,after some research again), installation, etc. So, now I am sticking with this one. One more note. When I was looking for the dish washer, I did not pay attacion of the door. To close/open the door, you just push/pull the door. I expect it will be broken very easily. And, it also loses functions; such as just rinse, or air dry.

I have been using the dishwasher for about a month. It is very quiet- less noisy than I expected. There are various options for washing and drying, however there is no option for "Air Dry" which my previous dishwasher had. I like this option since it dries the dishes without using any heat. Unfortunately I am missing this option. The spoon rack can be placed anywhere- a good feature.

Not too keen on the silverware caddy on the door, Bottom rack has plenty of room to place taller, bulkier items in. Wish it had a few more tabs on the top rack to hold lids and smaller items in place. The unit is noisy but it cleans nicely and dries fairly well. The delay button is nice so it can run at night. I always find stray cups, etc to add to the load after it started. I can't seem to get used to having to press the start button again after I have opened it to get it to start again. My other one just continued on after the door was closed again.

I picked up mine on sale for 305 before tax. Very well worth the money, and cleans the dishes fine, especially with the included samples. Wasn't hard to self install, just needed an adapter to hookup a new hot water hose which isn't included. Comes with a drain hose, you'll also needed to hook up your own power cord which it doesn't come with, because my dishwasher I replaced used the wall socket for power.

I have been very happy with this dishwasher so far. The only thing I wish is that the utensil holder was a little wider. The dishwasher itself is large and fits lots of dishes, but our utensils fill up too fast. It's performed very well the month that we've had it and we use it either daily or every other day.

Very quiet! Not a highend unit, but serves my purpose with a small family. Works much better than the old one. I was excited about the silverware space until I used it. It is a space saver, but not real convenient.

Really nice looking and is super quiet. Didn't come with all the parts to install. For the price I feel it should have. I have not figured out where to put silverware basket to get them clean. In the door left them very dirty, on the bottom rack is better but then takes up room where I could put more dishes. Seems to be its only flaw.
