Good price, great features. The stove was delivered on time and set in place. The burners heat up very fast and produce a even heat, Great product and I would buy again.

The stove is working great so far. The elements heat quickly for stove top cooking and the oven bakes evenly. The only drawback is the glass top which is tough to get completely clean. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase, especially considering I received it at 7:30 a.m. the day after I ordered it!

Fuctionally the unit is very good , The nuisance factor pertains to the stainless steel front which always seems to show some marks however this is not a major issue.

This was our first flat top cooking range; we have used it for almost 2 months now. Delivery and installation was excellent. They were very careful while taking the range through the door and kitchen. Unfortunately, the range has some flaws. There is a special caulk between the flat top and the body; that caulk was not applied carefully and was smeared on the flat area at top-left and bottom-right areas.The delivery guy made a note about it and I called customer service later since this was an online order. They scheduled a replacement or offered 10%; we did not want to look at that smear every day and so opted for replacement. More bad news .. the range was out of stock and so it took a couple more weeks for the replacement. The replacement was all good. Things to watch out for: 1. One of the 4 knobs controls 2 radiators on the same burner and so you have to be careful. 2. The bottom drawer is flimsy and very shallow 3". If you accidentally put more stuff and try to dig out a tray from the bottom then the items on top might fall behind the range.

Just as we were about to put our house on the market our stove died on us. We knew that we wouldn't be able to take a new one with us, so we wanted to spend as little as possible but still get a good quality stove. This was the perfect choice. For the price and options on it, it's a great deal.

We love our new stove, microwave and dishwasher. They look great in our kitchen with our new refrigerator.

Product is very good. Best Buy Delivery was terrible. They rushed the oven into place, and told me it was "already" level as it was, no need of examination. They gave me a lecture on why I did not want them to secure it to the wall (they said they would very likely hit a water pipe, cause a leak, and they would not be responsible; so even though they were told by supervisor to suggest that I connect it, they recommended the other way). I was OK with that. But then they hurried off before I could check for myself if the stove was level. It was not even close. The oven was wobbling back and forth horribly, and I had to pull it out myself and level it. The only effort they took was in trying to get out of work!

This range is good for the price. Its a mid-level range but it would have been nice if Whirlpool put higher quality handles on it. The handles are very cheap.

Good news, Best Buy sent out another range that was fine. Service from Best Buy staff excellent.

I purchased my new stove b/c mine was very old. But I was scared to buy a glass top out of fear of it breaking or the cleaning, and the price. This stove is so easy to use, easy to clean. I love it!

it is a first time i bought electric range (always had gas range), but im very happy with my choice, everything cooks faster, and no more burned pans

It's a decent stove and I'm happy with the purchase. Obviously looks much better than the range that was original to the condo. Only complaints are the flimsy bottom drawer and it does take a little longer to boil water than my old coil stove.

The overall range was great. 1st one delivered did not work and the process to get it replaced was awful and no one knew what they were doing. This should have been a simple the original did not work on arrival and it should have just been replaced without having to have the Geek Squad come out (which took days) had to go into the store and purchase a new one instead of it just being automatic that it should have been replaced. Spending a lot of money on personnel to take care of something that should have been seemless and I had to wait days each time I had to have it delivered. This was a week and a half process that should have only been a couple of days.
