We used this glasstop range one time and the glass top scratched. We were very disappointed the top scratched the very first time we used it so we exchanged it for a non-glasstop range. BestBuy customer service was great about exchanging it. No hassle with BestBuy. Plus the BB delivery guys also were great, no hassle from them either.

Great price for a quality stainless steel range (Best Buy price matched). Glass surface cleans up nice and stays looking nice. One of my main reasons for this model was the large storage drawer which can hold all my pots and pans since I have a small kitchen.

Overall a nice range to use...BUT...In order to get an even amount of browning on bagels I must rotate them halfway through toasting period. Seems like the element should go left to right instead of front to back.

My last stove had two ovens. I stored pans in the bottom one and kept burning things in the top oven. Found the top oven not convenient.

WAS LOOKING FOR A MATCH TO OUR OTHER STAINLESS....PRICE WAS THE REASON FOR PURCHASE AS WELL AS BRAND NAME WE TRUST. SMOOTH TOPS ALWAYS SEEM TO LOOK DIRTY, BUT PROB THE BEST CHOICE FOR US IN ELECTRIC.

We got this range last month, and have not had any challenges with it. It is easy to use, simple, safe, and looks good.

I think Sometimes Best buy have the best deal, and free delivery service, the staff are nice and profession. The open items have the huge deal,and more discount if you are reward members.

Was easy to install. Nice stove but doesn't look as modern as some of the others. Would definitely recommend purchase due to quality for price.

I have a gas stove in my home and have not used an electric range in a long time so I am not sure if it takes a long time to heat up on all electric stoves or just this one. Seems like it would be quicker to heat up a pan. Other than that its a nice range.

This stove looks and works great! It takes a while warm up the oven, but the range boils water very fast.

This is a nice stove if you're looking not to spend a lot. Looks great and performs equally well. The only issue is the scratches that remain from pots and casseroles. Quite hard to remove.

I am quite happy with the performance of this glass-top range. The stove cooks food very evenly, and both stove top and stove heat up quickly. Would recommend to the budget-conscious buyer.

This is a second to entry level range. The oven temp is true to temp and runs well. However, we were cooking dinner and the left side dial size burner does not heat well on the small option.

Liked the price, features and service. Stove top burners work really well. Easy to control heat. Bakes evenly.

When the old range needed replacing, we price checked all business in St. Cloud that sold ranges. Best Buy had the lowest price, plus we got even more off because it was an Open Box Item.

WE HAVE HAD IN USE FOR A SHORT TIME, BUT ARE VERY PLEASED SO FAR WITH ITS PERFORMANCE AND EASE OF CONTROL. THE INSTALLATION INFO AND OWNER USER DIRECTIONS HAVE BEEN EASY TO UNDERSTAND.
