    The silverware holder in the lid is not only harder to load but the silverware does not get as clean. I added the silverware basket from my old dishwasher.

    I was very happy with the service. The delivery service came early and my old dishwasher was not yet uninstalled however with a phone call this was resolved. Only problem, the drying element is not working so another phone call will be needed... It was on clearance so I am not complaining...
