We bought this dishwasher a year and 15 days ago and it completely stopped working 3 days ago. Unfortunately the warranty was only for a year so now we are stuck with the choice of repairing it for $300 or buying a new one. And it never really worked that well to begin with. The silverware holder is too small and the water does not reach it very well which leaves us having to carefully clean all silverware before loading it in. Additionally, it takes more than 2 hours to run. I recommend against this machine, and, honestly, after dealing with Whirlpool on this repair, I recommend against the brand in general.

Overall good dishwasher. Quiet, cleans good. A bit cheap but price was right. Looks nice too.

This dishwasher is quiet and has good price and if you use rinseaid the dishes dry well. After the first year the heating element went and it took 3x for the tech to fix. Then another year later oddly enough there was another problem that created vibrations in machine and was very loud. Tech came out and fixed that quickly. However now only 3 momths later after that last issue the heating element was busted again. Gladly we have blacktie geeksquad in addition to original warranty. Not so happy with the hoops to jump thru to get good customer service and a tech that knows how to fix whats broken. Fed up with only a 3 year old P.O.S after many issues & conversations we will have it replaced. Has to be same price and a new blacktie geeksquad contract bought with it. All said and done Best Buy products we have purchased the washer& dryer & TV we are happy. We plan on a new fridge in the near future as well.

Was deliver on time. Included everything except the water line adapter ($5.00). Installed easily. Great interior layout , with the silverware in the door, makes more space for plates and large items. Cleans excellent. Replaces an 11 year old unit, a great upgrade.

For the money this was well worth the money that we paid for the dishwasher. The only issue with the dishwasher is that it does not finish the cycle with dry dishes. We always have to dry them, and that kind of defeats the purpose of a dishwasher!

Ive always had problems with any brand I buy from Best Buy after warranty expires and so far have not had a problem. Runs great!

Bought it on a sale for roughly $420...It's worth it, but has a few minor flaws...Bottom rack tends to slip off rails when pulling out and very difficult to not get finger prints on the front when opening and closing...Other than that, great dishwasher, runs very quiet...Also has movable utensil holder that can be relocated on the door and frees up space on bottom rack...I personally wouldn't pay more than $500 for it though.

Before the dishwasher could even run its first load, the door latch malfunctioned. Whirlpool sent a repair tech who partially fixed it, requiring us to hold the door for 5-10 seconds after shutting the door. He said that was "normal and expected." One year and 9 days after installation, the latch would no longer function even if the door was held. Whirlpool has been TERRIBLE throughout the entire process. I went up the supervisor ladder to appeal Whirlpool's decision not to repair the unit under warranty. After almost a week, a Whirlpool rep called and said "We are going to make this right. A repair tech can be there tomorrow." I specifically asked if labor and parts were being covered and was given a big "you bet!". The tech showed up and was not authorized for labor, only for parts. A call to Whirlpool reached a supervisor who stated only diagnosis was being paid for by Whirlpool. All else was my responsibility. Run, don't walk, away from Whirlpool, Kitchen Aid, and Maytag who are all one and the same! If you must have this model, purchase the Best Buy warranty.

I have used this dishwasher for a month and am very happy with it. Well worth the money.

We purchased this dishwasher and have only used it a few times. However, it is very quiet and efficient. I would def purchase this again!

Glasses don't sparkle even using rinse aid and recommended Cascade, but seems clean and runs quietly.

I like this dishwasher, it's very spacious but I have given 3 star because I don't like the part when the dishwasher is running and you want to know what cycle it's at ,you will not be able to figure out whether its washing or draining or drying ,so it's very annoying when you are not able to know that how long it will take to finish the cycle,and because it's a metal finish so its very hard to keep it stain free from outside , even you will be able to see a stain of a drop of water,if you will try to wipe with the windex or damp cloth you will see the stain, so it's never clean look from outside, that part I hate it , you touch it and you can see the fingerprints, otherwise I like the seperate spoon caddy which created a lot of space for the plates and dishes. Overall it's a good dishwasher.

Let me just start off by saying best buy has the BEST insillation and customer service (A+) So far the whirlpool stainless look is wonderful! I love to be able to just clean the top rack if I want too. It cleans well, the sound is great and I like the fact that the steam vent is on the door (This is so the steam will not ruin side cabinet panneling from moisture in due time) As far as the drying, I have tried every setting. Water puddles on top of glasses and dishes if they are laying down. I even did an overnight clean/ sanitize and dry. Still so so wet in the morning. I purchased Whirlpool because I was tired of the maintence on my Samsung dishwaher.(maintence 3 times in 2 years!) I heard that whirlpool has the least amount of maintence calls. Would I reccomend this product? Yes if you are on a budget and you don't mind drying your dishes after they are cleaned. I have a family of 6 and we use the dishwasher every day.

I went into best buy, thinking of getting a Samsung, but decided to go with this Whirlpool. I cannot express my regret!!! I should have gone with a Samsung. I'm SO disappointed with this dishwasher--I've only had it for 4 months, and it is currently broken --- AGAIN!!! The first time it broke was after about TWO months. (I knew then that this washer would probably give me more trouble---and here I am two months later, with the same problem# I run a load a day usually and it does it's job nicely #when it works#, but with it breaking twice in 4 months, I will not purchase a Whirlpool again. I would NOT recommend this washer #or brand for that matter) to anyone.

This was easy to install and it runs great! One cycle gets my loads clean!

I bought this dishwasher for my wife in November and she absolutely loves it! We don't do any pre-washing and the dishwasher gets the dishes clean.

It is hard to load large items. The silverware container is inconvenient. Cleans well.

I really like this washer. I would recommend it. It is a little noisy. Best Buy is a great place for appliances.

A little more than I wanted but has surpassed my expectations.
