Great machine still learning the machines, energy efficient and noice reduction, no noise at all

The layout of the functions could be a little better, the over quality of the products is great. I would definitely recommend these products to friends, family and strangers.

This dryer is by far the easiest, quickest, safest, efficient and fancy I have ever owned. it dries the clothes in half the time compared to my old dryer. it plays a tune when it's cycle is completed. it also has the steam function - so no more ironing those work shirts anymore. the kids love the fact that it lights up inside the drum. before leaving Best Buy - make sure you also get an additional hose pipe for the steam function - as it's not supplied (but the Y piece and joining pipe is).

I absolutely love my new dryer! It's very quiet and dries super fast! The wrinkle guard is such a huge bonus! If you're in the market for a new dryer, buy this one!!

This is my first front loading washer and after a bad experience with a "no-agitator" top loader, I was ready for a change. I was surprised how much I could put in a load, and even more surprised how quiet it was and how little soap and water are being used to get my clothes clean. I can't wait to use the Steam option.

quiet, efficient, easy to use. sensor sometimes struggle to determine if clothes are dry when on auto setting.

Only two negatives - 1) the powdered detergent I used in my last front loader clumps in the soap compartment when cold wash is used in this washer, but works if warm wash is used - 2) the washer is a bigger capacity than my last front loader, which is good, but it does mean that without a pedestal I have to do some deep knee bends to load and unload the washer. I like the large capacity, and I like the chimes rather than a buzzer when the load is done. I like the time count down display so I know how long a chosen cycle will take and how long until it is done when I check back on it. I like the many choices I can make on how the wash is done, like water temp, after I pick the basic style of wash I want on the dial. I have not played with the steam setting yet. My sweetie was pleased she could run all the bathroom mats in one load in this washer.

I'm very satisfied with this Whirlpool Duet dryer. With the sensor, my delicate clothes are not so dry although I have not used the steam option and I don't need to iron them. There are many options to choose but it's simple to use. If you want to select other options, just turn off the machine and start again. After two months using the new Whirlpool washer and dryer, I trust Best Buy who has carried good products. Thank you.

I purchased this set to replace my 23 year old Maytag set that was about to breakdown. My purchase was based on other reviews and the recommendation of my appliance repair man. Best Buy was easy to work with and the installers efficiently removed my old units for free and installed my new ones. The washer cleans much better than my old top loader and spins them very dry. I can easily use the eco cycles for cleaning. I have used the units for a month and been very happy. Also, the washer qualified for a $50 rebate from my electric company. The optional bases are pricey but my wife feels that in 10 years we will be glad we purchased them. The extended warranty may be something to consider since both units have so many electronic features. Don't know how much it would cost to repair an electronic component but it may be worth researching. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend these units to others.

Love this dryer, it has a large capacity. It easily fits our queen size bedding. Plenty of different programs to choose, we are happy with our choice.

Love this dryer. I was uncertain. If I should buy the steam feature and I'm so glad we did. Five minutes of steam freshens dry cleaning clothes in a snap. All other clothes dry so quickly and I have yet to need to use any temperature setting than low. Low gets my clothes dry in less than 30 minutes. I love this dryer!!!

This replacement for a ten year old dryer is so much more efficient. It's quiet and dries a full washer load in 40 minutes.

Easy to install and works great! The sales person was more interested in helping find a solution for me then up selling, that was a breath of fresh air.

So far this is a really great purchase. Machines have gone through about 20-30 loads and are working like a dream. They are quiet and efficient. The clothes feels notably different, cleaner and less battered. If you're considering LG or Samsung, don't rule out the Whirlpool. Unlike the other two, the Whirlpool does what it's supposed to do and very well. It doesn't need wifi or candy apple red or a fake 10 year warranty badge. It cleans and dries perfectly.

This dryer was a good buy. It's easy to use and works well so far! Lint filter very easy to clean & I appreciate the drum light.

Steam function won't get out deep wrinkles but is good for a quick refresh of your clothes. Operates pretty quietly too.
