I love my dishwasher. I'm going to tell ya'll a little story about my install and uninstall and reinstall. I bought this in March (now almost June) with a 5 year warranty and opted for installation. Something went wrong and the screws used to mount my machine actually began to cut into the button panel. I was really worried that eventually water was going to make its way into the panel and fry it. I reached out to customer service... within days they had the guys back to the house. They determined it was their fault and i could either accept a $60 giftcard or get a whole new machine. I asked for a new machine. They left the old one in place until the new one arrived. Took the old one, put in a new one and it's perfect! You wonder, are they really going to help? Are they going to cop to their mistakes? I couldn't believe how painless the whole thing was. This dishwasher is really pretty looking. I got the one with the handle and the hidden button panel. It's very sleek looking. It's QUIET!!! Unless that little blue light is on you really wouldn't know that thing was working. It's slower then the old machines, they use less water and run for a long time. I'm ok with that. I use jet dry. Everything comes out SPOTLESS! Dry as a bone not a spot or drop on anything. I cannot recommend this more. I was just in the market for a new washer. I just got it from Best Buy with the warranty. I'm not playing around with these big purchases anymore!!! Neither should you! Pics are mid cycle. I stopped it mid wash to take pics.

This dishwasher cleans very well. It cleans as well as dishwashers costing nearly twice as much. Consumer testing sites have rated it lower in the noise category than more expensive models; however, I find it as quiet as I would expect a dishwasher to be. You know it's running, but that's about it. Some have complained about its plastic drying ability. I find it dries my plastic items as well as, if not better than, any dishwasher I've ever owned, including those energy-gobbling, high temp models from the 1970s and 80s. On sale, you can find this model for less than $600, making it a great deal. I would give it five stars if it could clean the stubborn, baked-on food from my glass bakeware, a feat no dishwasher can perform.

I purchased this dishwasher to replace a still functioning Kitchen Aid model that was about 25 years old. After one month of daily use, here's what I've observed: The new washer cleans really well and does a good job at drying everything (I use normal setting with heat dry and a drying agent). I wish it was qiueter, but it's not horribly loud. Other reviews have mentioned the racks coming off the tracks, but I have not experienced this. I definitely appreciate the third rack; it's perfect for the lids from our travel cups. Overall, it's a solid dishwasher for a fair price. We purchased 3 other appliances from Best Buy and it was a great experience. Prices were competitive and delivery was perfect. Loved their communication throughout the entire process.

Really happy with the results of this dishwasher. Easy to operate, everything came out super clean, dry and spotless. As a bonus it runs super quiet. A variety of different cycles to meet all your washing needs.

Was replacing a 10 year old dishwasher. Whirlpool has always been a dependable brand for me . It runs very quiet and does a great job cleaning. I love the third rack.

I really like the look and how all the buttons are hidden underneath the countertop so the entire Front is just clean. Ours has the external handle which has been good, it doesn’t protrude anywhere so you don’t catch clothing on it and it keeps the fingerprints off of the front of the washer. It’s also very quiet, much quieter than our old world pool. I like the way the rack adjust in height as well. Cleans and dries much better than the old dishwasher we had as well. Zero complaints.

IT'S A VERY WISE INVESTMENT! It's a beautiful machine and it's very easy to operate! It's runs very quietly, and I wanted a Whirlpool dishwasher because I've found Whirlpool to be reliable appliances... My total kitchen and laundry appliances are Whirlpool! And it's MADE IN AMERICA! NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE, I think of the families who are employed at the plant...It was impeccably installed and a cabinet was built for it by Straight Hook... a privately owned local company... I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and installation! Though I purchased the extra warranty plan, I don't expect to use it! Best Buy made the price irresistible during one of it's sales promotions... and this dishwasher was EXACTLY what I wanted!

My old whirlpool was better. This takes a long time to wash. It works good and is more quiet than my old one. It looks good in my kitchen.

Carefully researched the options and found this to be both a great buy from Best Buy (!!) and a well-received model, based on previous comments. Looks and fits great in the kitchen and cleans well.

Worked great, until it didn’t anymore. Christmas Day, decided to stop working. Start button doesn’t work. First whirlpool appliances we’ve purchased, unfortunately first appliance of ours to stop working. And only a year later

Waste of money!!!!! This dishwasher didn’t even last a year. I bought it in December 2024 and had it installed in early January 2025. By September, it started turning on by itself and glitching constantly. The issues continued until October, when it completely stopped working I understand appliances aren’t built like they used to be, but I at least expected 4–5 years of use. Getting only about 9 months out of it is CRAZY!!!! Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product.

My old dishwasher was 42 years old so this dishwasher was most welcome. It looks nice and is extremely quiet. Does a nice job. So far, no complaints.

I bought this dishwasher from Best Buy just over a year ago, and it's already started to malfunction. It starts on its own randomly. I push cancel to turn it off (all lights off), close it, and a few seconds later it starts up on its own again. The only way I can keep it from running continuously is to leave it slightly open or cut the power to it.

I had a KitchenAid dishwasher before and I was not very impressed with it compared to this new dishwasher. I am very happy with how well clean the dishes come out.

We searched for weeks to find the dishwasher that "had it all." This one has worked out better than we planned for. It looks great in the kitchen and most of all, my wife loves the way it blends in, and mainly how clean the dishes get. The stainless steel doesn't show fingerprints and it easily wipes off with a paper towel. Which makes it perfect for our family. Best Buy installers were professional and answered all our questions. That is why we are having a new refrigerator from Best Buy installed tomorrow!
