Works really well (replaced an older Bosch dishwasher) ~ my only complaint is it is nosier than my old machine but works as well. I don't use the dryer booster.

Outstanding dishwasher cleaning is good drying is excellent

This Whirlpool dishwasher lasted only 25 months before it completely died. The buttons stopped working and the machine wouldn’t turn on at all. From the very beginning, it left a noticeable amount of water on the dishes after every cycle, which we knew was a common issue mentioned in other reviews. It was also louder than advertised, even though it was marketed as a “quiet” model. For the price, the reliability and performance were very disappointing.

Runs well and dishes are reslly clean! My only complaint is its sligtly louder then i would like but overall its a great unit!

We love the third rack for all of our odds and ends. The turbo features work as aspected and was huge upgrade over our previous GE setup.

The reason for this 1 star is not that this is a bad machine, it actually seems to work quite well. The issue I have is that it is advertised as having a stainless steel tub. The tub on this machine is plastic, despite what the website says. You are buying a dw with a plastic tub. I went round and round with BB support and they refused to acknowledge their mistake in advertising and they refused to correct the issue with my order. As you can see, they are still advertising this machine with a stainless steel tub. I wanted a stainless tub bc they are more efficient and dry better, which is why i specifically selected this machine. I have always used Best Buy for appliance purchases because their items are in stock, their deliveries go smoothly and its typically an easy, fair process to get a new appliance ordered, delivered and installed. I will say i had an awesome delivery team - that was not my issue. My issue was that i bought a machine that was advertised as having a stainless tub and i did not get what i ordered. The model number of the machine that arrived matched the one i ordered online, so i didn't realize the machine did not have a stainless tub until after the delivery team left. I don't have the time or patience to contact corporate to get this fixed. Maybe corporate will see this review and care, maybe they won't. Hopefully they will update their website some day with the correct description so that no one else is disappointed.

I ordered this dishwasher after reading many positive reviews about the quality for price and the installation services. So far, highly disappointed. I placed the order and received a confirmation that it will be installed on Saturday, January 27. I was called by a Best Buy Customer Rep asking me when I wanted to schedule this delivery on 1/25. He stated that there was nothing in the computer. After some back and forth all I got was an apology and blame placed on the warehouse. Delivery now cannot be until March 2 as I need a weekend delivery date. I was also told that it is a third party installer and not apart of geek squad… Buyers beware the delivery date may not be as advertised. I will probably go elsewhere that has more reliable delivery dates after this purchase.

It runs well. I was a little disappointed that I had to pay EXTRA for the power cord to make it work! That’s ridiculous! Other than that, it’s working well.
