The little latch that locks on the lid broke and I have to use electrical tape to keep it on there. The middle spinner thing stopped working appropriately and it’s really just ridiculous. Very poor quality.

Whirlpool does not wash well probably due to the 3rd, rack design. Top level dishes are dirty, and the overall system is very laud compared to our old Samsung. It does not feel like an upgrade; it is definitely a downgrade.
