Poor Quality and Coverage

The company pacific would not return calls. Best buy turned a blind eye to the entire incident. Best buy has truly gone downhill.

Feels flimsy and drawers don't hold dishes glasse

The door flops open and the three drawers do not hold up the dishes or glasses well. Everything falls over. It takes hours to clean the dishes and they are slightly damp if run on the average speed. Doesn't feel like it will last a long time. Not worth the price we paid.

Does not dry!!

I open it and steam is still there after washing it overnight. I tried all the options available; still all the cutleries are wet. You dont turn on the dishwasher everyday, the dishwasher smells within few days. I am so disappointed.I should have gone for GE which dried everything well.

The only thing I am not happy with is that the sulverware basket can not be moved to another side. It is a stretch to put the liverware in the basket. I would have prefered it to be in the feon center. Or to be to be moved to the left side of the machine. Otherwise i love it!!
