Defective Item and No Help from Customer Service

Item was received with NO lower back panel and NO cord to plug in. The copper wire was crimped shut making it a fire hazard.
6days ago, Best Buy Customer Service promised me that Geek Squad would pick it up from my home. After 3 days I called again. Best Buy Customer Service said they arranged for UPS to pick it up instead. After 3 more days- still no one has reached out nor picked up the item. I was told to stay at home until someone picks it up-amaiting 6 days at home! I called again and was told the same message as above.

Hi DianeV. Thanks for your feedback on your freezer. There is no lower grille or gate at the back of the unit and the end of the closed refrigeration system has a crimped pipe sealing the system. I received my second Freezer today. It was a replacement for the first that was damaged in shipping. This one was also damaged in shipping. I'm not willing to wait for yet another. I've received packages of screws that were more securely packaged than this freezer
