I really enjoyed this cooler when I bought it. I was wary of the other reviews that stated it stopped working after a year. Mine ended up lasting just over 2 years. The top compartment will not get colder than 12C. So, basically, I have one large red wine cooler instead of a dual temperature zone for both white and red.

We are enjoying our new wine cooler. So far all is well and wine is perfect temp.

Nice slim size. We like the blue light. Racks are pretty easy. And separate section for red v white. Just don't try to fit champagne on a regular rack. And not deep enough if you have long bottles like the sweet German wines come in.

A little less than 2 years in, the LED numbers began losing their shapes and not too long later, it stopped cooling my wines. Whynter was decent at responding to my emails for help, but ultimately, the fan and motherboard died and they recommended i get $100 service. I couldnt give this broken fridge away. Also, champagne bottles are hard to fit.

Shelves are difficult to slide in and out with bottles in them. Slow to cool.

We've had the cooler for 6 months and the top rack stopped cooling. I called (You get someone in america) and they shipped the parts out I needed to replace. Works great again! Great communication and education.

This wine cooler worked fine for a while, but stopped functioning in 9 months. It supposedly had a one-year warranty, but attempting to return it was an ordeal. Bottom line – after 2 months the customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the unit for service. That would have cost us nearly $100. That was way too much for this unit. In our opinion, the Whynter warranty is effectively just 2 months, which to us means Whynter does not stand behind its products. We will not do business with this company again. Warning to all – read the warranty fine print.

It LOOKS nice, and worked for a year. Then the main power control board and cooling system failed. Now it's a $300+ wine WARMER! Whynter was as helpful as I expected, offering to let me ship it across the country so I could pay them to fix it. Or point me in the direction of the parts so I could fix it myself. Maybe some people can spend $300 a year on wine coolers, not me! Just don't believe them when they say this thing is "long-lasting"!

Bought this product in May/2018, worked great but all of the sudden upper zone temp started to climb. Yesterday it went up above 80 and stayed there. This morning it is at 90. Getting mixed signals from Best Buy about fixing this issue. I thought it was a wine cooler not a wine heater. Really hoped it works out.
