The first two were a different brand and arrived damaged and I returned them and ordered this one. It was secured much better than the previous ones and arrived intact. I plugged it in and the ice tray that came with it was icing over within thirty minutes. I bought it for my room. I am disabled and I no longer have to venture all the way to the kitchen for my ice cream at night. Very good purchase.
