The finish is a silver colored paint, not stainless if that is what you are looking for. No complaints thus far, works well and keeps wine at programmed temperature, which you can select.

Won't get cooler than 59 degrees!

Presently it just keeps running and won't get cooler than 59 degrees. So I will be contacting Best Buy today to understand what can be done.
