Still not the best movie in the world, but lots of nostalgia from my childhood! Forget that garbage woke series Disney tried and then failed. This is the one and only..

This movie is a classic. It’s one of those movies though that if you didn’t fall in love with it as a child you might not as an adult viewing it for the first time.

This movie was always a favorite for me. Must have watched a dozen times when I first got cable television many years ago. Watched it with a nephew and we both enjoyed it.

This movie was missing from blu-ray for a long time -- in print and then vanished for years. I was so happy that it was finally being made available again. The picture quality is very filmic and natural looking -- not scrubbed of grain and waxy. The sound is perfectly fine and great, with the note that you should boost your volume a little higher than normal as seems to be common with most Disney releases. I think the movie is honestly not quite a stone-cold classic but still a mostly great and fun 80's era fantasy. Some fun stop-motion creature effects and a really memorable and entrancing music score. As a movie and a narrative I think it's a little bit wobbly, but I think this still holds plenty of value outside of any nostalgia itch if you're not someone who grew up with it. This edition features a commentary track that was not on the previous release. Warwick Davis remains talking and insightful throughout with great behind the scenes details. This release gives the movie much better treatment than one may have feared or expected. The movie is very worth checking out if you're into this era of fantasy stuff, and this blu-ray release is a great value and a treat if you're a fan! by the way, if you're someone who looks out for slipcovers, let me clarify that I bought this blu-ray on its release and while it is unusual for Disney, this release never had copies with a slipcover.

I loved this movie when I was a kind. It' looks great in High-Def.

If you like Lord of the Rings, you’ll like this! Not the best special effects but in the day it was cool. Love Val Kilmer and brings back memories of my childhood

In my own humble opinion This movie should have been put on the back burner for about ten years and let the movie tech catch up to it It had a fairly good story But it's premise was to advance for the movie tech of the time At times the whole thing seemed rushed due to budgets and you get the impression that if the tech was there they would of had a mega hit But who really knows I had to add it to the collection cause I haven’t seen it in such a long time Still a fairly good story and the little people (If that's politically correct to say these days, if not I apologize for it now) did do some good acting. Especially the young actress(Julie Peters) Kiaya Ufgood opposite Warwick Davis’s main character Willow Ufgood It’s worth another view, but leave your judgement behind a look for the story, believe me it’s in there

Willow is a beautifully made movie in the form of an early Lord of the Rings. There are famous actors who weren't then, great action, clever humor and a happy ending.

We were so excited to see this film on blu-ray! After so many years of searching for it we finally have it to share with our kids and relive the adventures of Willow!

Val Kilmer at his best. Good and evil... Save the baby!!! George Lucas film, very enjoyable and family friendly. Enjoy... Finally released with digital code...

Favorite kid movie, I saw this movie when I was just a little kid now I can show it to my kids and they can see the type of movies I would watch when I was their age

Picked up this blu Ray the other day. I’ve been waiting for this to come out finally. Enjoyed the movie very much. The quality was great and the movie is still epic.

I have been waiting for this movie to be put on Blu Ray for years. Finally, and the digital too. Movie brings me back in time. Arguably a movie ahead of its time.

I couldn't believe how hard it was to find this movie in stores. I've been waiting for the Blu-ray release faince I heard about it. Just wish they had a 4K version.

Great fantasy with superb scenery, fun action and totally likable heroes. Worth the purchase. And who wouldn't love Val Kilmer with long hair and a sword?

The movie is still very entertaining after all this time. Love the characters and have been saying, "Your momma was a lizard." all day. Gotta love those Brownies.

The classic adventure finally joins my library collection!

Always loved this film. Now with a new transfer and a bluray player to up scale to 4k its even more enjoyable. Solid picture quality and fantastic audio track.
