    Either the design or manufacturer QA (or both) is lacking, because once plugged in, the front door control panel would not light so you could not set the unit. Eventually traced problem to faulty connection between where the upper door hinge contains wiring leading to the control panel. Tried to get BestBuy Customer service to deal with problem, but after being told by some muffled voice in a far-away country that someone else would call me with return instructions within 24 hrs (???; why so long?), never received a call. Poor product quality; poor BestBuy service.
