Wings came to Philly after the release of this lp, Best concert ever at the Spectrum in 76. Also my 1st concert.

some great songs here...you know the music...as for the exclusive 45 it is cool to have I just wish Best Buy did not make you have to order it and pay 4.99 for shipping and handling and then wasn't able to combine the order with the other McCartney 45...

With this CD and Venus And Mars, I only bought them for the singles. I had no intention of opening the CD's. Was disappointed that you had to open the CD to get a card out and had to go on line to receive it. You also had to pay $4 each shipping. I personally think it would've been much better id they had the singles in store. After purchase you could go to the customer service area with your CD and receipt and pick up the single at no extra charge.

First off these McCartney remasters really sound fantastic. Such a great mix! I've been a long time Wings fan and am loving these discs more and more everyday. Highly recommend it!

I have been a Paul McCartney fan for decades now and was very happy to purchase this expanded edition of one of his classic albums. It sounds great and the music is still great 40 years later. it's such a treat to have the bonus tracks. Love it!!!

Nice cd from the 70s. Best song is not even Pauls. It's Wino Junko by Jimmy M.!

The best-known songs on this album are the mega-hits "Silly Love Songs" and "Let 'Em In," but there are other gems, including "Beware My Love"; "She's My Baby" and "Warm And Beautiful". Because WINGS AT THE SPEED OF SOUND was recorded during the mid-'70s vinyl shortage, when most single releases were album cuts, there is not much bonus material available. Disc 2 (Bonus Audio) features demos of "Silly Love Songs," "She's My Baby," "Let 'Em In," and "Warm And Beautiful" (an instrumental); a 24-second "Message To Joe" [English], spoken by Paul on a vocoder, sounding a lot like the "talking guitar" on an old Alvino Rey record; an alternate take of "Beware My Love," featuring the late Led Zeppelin drummer John Bonham; and Macca's guide vocal on "Must Do Something About It." WINGS AT THE SPEED OF SOUND is still a very enjoyable album and is worth purchasing. Four stars.

great Cd all of your Wings favorite songs Paul McCartney is such a dynamic talent these never get old to me.

I enjoyed this CD very much as it contained a very good selection of Paul McCartney and Wings songs.

Great older songs from the best Beatle. Beware my love has to be one of the tops.

I hate getting out my LP, been waiting for it to come out on cd for years.

Had to purchase this in order to acquire the the bonus 7' vinyl single.
